Not What I Expected
These sheets were a surprise. I am always searching for soft sheets. I have medical conditions that make my skin very sensitive. My hands and feet are especially sensitive. At first touch, I didn't think these sheets would work for me because they don't initially feel soft to the touch. However, they have a silkiness to them that makes them feel good. In addition, the silkiness makes them cooler. And at my age (55), it helps to have sheets that can keep you cool. I don't generally favor light sheets, but I will be using them on my daybed, so that shouldn't be a problem.

I would not use these.
I received a set of complimentary Mainstays Microfiber Twin Sheets in the color Fresh Ivory, in exchange for my honest review. And honestly, I do NOT like these sheets even a little bit. They look, and feel, ridiculously cheap (you can see through these, see my attached photos). They did not want to stay on the bed, the fitted sheet slid off every corner at every opportunity until I had to put it on a daybed in my office to even get a photo of them in use. They are microfiber, and as such, they make me sweat to the extent I wake up multiple times in the night. I would never buy, or recommend these sheets. Which is sad because I generally LOVE Mainstays bedding. These, however, were a fail for me.

    So soft!
    I got this microfiber sheet set in fresh ivory and I love the color! These sheets are made of 100% polyester microfiber and they are comfortable and easy to clean. I feel like dirt just won't stick to them. As a dog owner it is a really big deal to me! I also want to mention that these sheets are "made in green" which means they have been tested for harmful substances and produced sustainably in accordance with OEKO-TEX guidelines.

    Great Summer Sheets
    Admittedly, when I looked at these Mainstays sheets' specs, I only saw the word microfiber. When I think of microfiber, I think of my soft microfiber couch. So naturally, I thought these sheets would be very soft. Sadly, that is not the case. I did not notice the description says polyester microfiber. Therefore, these sheets are not all that soft. They have an almost stiffer yet silkier and smoother feel to them. This makes them lightweight and cool. Though not a desired attribute during the coldest part of the winter, these sheets would be perfect for hot summer nights. The neutral ivory color fits in nicely with the color scheme of my daughter's room. They are quite attractive. Although I am looking for softer sheets for my daughter's bed, I will keep these sheets around for winter. For now, my grandson has stolen them to make a bunk bed fort with them. On the first day of use, my grandson spilled a red drink on them. We immediately rinsed the sheet out and through the entire set in the wash. The stain came entirely out, and the sheets came out of the wash without any wearing or change in the feel of the fabric.

    Nice quality
    This is a nice quality set of bedsheets. I got the twin sized set and it includes your typical fitted sheet, top sheet, and a single pillowcase cover. All pieces were in the same package folded nicely. I immediately washed them before using on my daughters bed using the included recommend washing instructions. Once washed and dried they are soft to the touch and fluffy. They fit her standard sized twin mattress perfectly and the fitted sheet says on very well even after being slept on multiple nights.

    Basic cheap set, great for kids or guests
    This set is your basic cheap set (obviously not getting Egyptian Cotton for the price). I was expecting it to be softer though, but I suppose I may not be as familiar with microfiber as I thought. It definitely has the plastic microfiber feel to it, but this works great as a moisture barrier I feel. I think it'd be great for kids who tend to get their sheets dirty or wet quick. And also great for use with pets to keep their hair from getting embedded in it. I got the cream color, which I think is a beautiful color that goes with anything. It washes well, and doesn't seem to get as wrinkly as other sheets I've tried.

    Soft as a feather
    Whenever I hear the term microfiber I actually have a cringe moment due to all the times I have pick up a kitchen towel made of microfiber and it snagged on my dry skin....cringe. Not realizing these sheets were made of microfiber...my bad for not completely reading the description... imagine my delight when upon opening the package and reading the cringe inspiring word microfiber I found the texture to be amazingly soft and not clingy and definitely not cringey. They are a lovely true ivory color not yellowish as a lot of ivories turn out to be. I was a little surprised as these seemed thinner than my regular brand of sheets so I kind of question their durability but time will tell. They washed and dried like a dream without a noticeable amount of lint. But then they also wrinkled so much that I wouldn't be comfortable with having them on a guest bed.... reminds me of a dorm room thus my 4 star rating. As my grandson is typically my only overnight company he was more than willing to try them out on a dry run....we put them on the couch .... he pronounced them to be incredibly cozy.

    Nice sheet set
    This is a twin size microfiber set that I got for my sons bed. It is so soft and really comfortable for him to sleep on. He has sensory issues so some fabrics really both him but he really likes these. We have washed them three times already and they barely get wrinkles at all.They are a great set!

    Mainstays Microfiber Basics Sheet Set
    I think this microfiber basic sheet set from Mainstays is good quality. It is a very standard sheet set. The material is 100% polyester and has a smooth feel to it. It comes with one flat sheet, one fitted sheet, and one standard pillow case (twin set). The pillowcase fit a standard pillow and the sheets fit our son's twin bed. I like that the fitted sheet has strong elastic around the entire opening so it doesn't constantly slip off of the bed. The material is lightweight and is cool to sleep on. This is a very practical sheet set and comes in handy when you need bedding while you're doing laundry. Or for extra guests, it fits our roll out bed also. Its smooth texture doesn't snag and it washes and dries nicely. The ivory color is nice and neutral and has a clean look. I would recommend it for the value.

    Soft and cuddly but...
    I gave these microfiber sheets a try and I can say that the sheets are nice and soft, and the color is very pretty and they fit the bed nicely without the corners heading up. My only gripe is I guess I'm not a fan of microfiber sheets because I am a hot sleeper and microfiber for me personally tends to hold in the heat. This may not be the case for you though. Although if you live in a colder climate and keep the room on the cold, these sheets will definitely keep you warm.

    Soft and cute color
    I placed these blanket set in my little son twin bed. The color is perfect with his room and wall design. The fabric is soft and with a smooth texture . They are also very comfortable. My little guy loves it. Also, It fits his twin mattress perfectly. Not too tight not too loose. He suffers from sweat went he falls sleep, so these sheets are pretty much breathable. Not much sweat now. My only cons is that it does wrinkles. I guess it because the soft texture. Also, they are a bit thin but if you add all of them together, the mattress is well covered. These sheets also brings one pillow case which it's good. I definitely would love to purchase different colors. The washing experience with these sheets is pretty simple, I just add cold water and gently laundry detergent and the sheets have not loose any details of their fabric.
