the reviews kinda scared me but the light is actually good and bright. it hasn't flickered or anything.

The second one burnt out within 2 months also
This is the second one of these I purchased. Both of them burned out within 2 months. At first I thought it was a fluke, but nope, definitely defective.

However, the bulb started flickering after a couple months and now is not bright enough to light up a shoebox. The bulb is not replaceable. Now the lamp is useless, except maybe as an eerie prop in the haunted mansion.Tyler

4.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser12/06/2021Does not use a Bulb that can be replaced or SwapedSo i wanted a desklamp that was simple this one peaked my interest on the price and Style. originally i was wanting a Lamp that takes Regular Lightbulbs so i can put a Wifi lightbulb in it for RGB turns out this is infact a LED lamp with No socket for a bulb But thats not a issue Just means Ill be buying another one That takes a bulb but the Lamp is of decent size and I dont know if LED is Yellow or what but LED to me means Bright White light This one Is Yellow sorta But its fine but Overall Very pleased with Quality Styling Price Highly recommend to someone who just needs a Good ol lamp to get the job done but dont want anything fancy smancy Its about 1.5 FT tall Mabe a Hand Wide Cable is Only 3-5 feet I need about 2 feet more for Ideal Placement from Outlet, The light is Bright enough for Whatever you need it for and the small compartment is Super useful for small desk items that may Roll off or Get in the way The LED Bulb last the lamps Lifetime No need to replace Well worth the money 8/10 only because i cannot put my own Wifi Bulb in place of the OriginalMichale

And one for my computer desk. I will say that it doesn't cast a real white or a real bright light. If that's what you really need then you might wanna shop for something else. This lamp was about $8. The other white desk lamp choices that I was faced with at my local Walmart were in the $30 price range. A no brainer as far as I was concerned. I figured that this lamp would be just fine for my needs. And if not, then I would just donate it and step things up at a later date. So far so good. Glad I got it.Geezer

4.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser07/31/2021good price but one out of three doesn't work long.I have bought three of these in different colors. we are supposed to not have to change the light bulb in it. which I find is interesting. there is also a cover over the bulb area to protect you from getting burned. which I also love. it has a little area you can put coins or earbuds. it's almost like a little tray in the base. the on/off switch is in the same location as the little tray. has a nice length cord. Bends and sits pretty good. the light color for the bulb is bright white. not the soft white. which I don't care for but my kids like these in their closet so they can see if anything is in there while they're asleep.... I keep telling these kids that if there was something here it would have already gotten them but they seem to think every night that there is a monster in the closet I want the door wide open with the light on. it's a bright light and it's flexible and it was $6.88 and only had to return one out of the three. get one...TinaP

I bought this lamp thinking it would be better than having to switch out bulbs but my first one lasted 5 months so I threw it out and bought a second one and that one lasted 3 days if that. I've wasted my few dollars on it. I'm gonna have to do the research and find a better lamp. Never Again!!!!Tiara

I'm so upset. I'm not sure how it would stop working. I have a similar one that sits on my nightstand. I'm so bummed because I need it and now have to go and get another. But the second and third lamp that I have purchased became dim after an one-time use! I returned the second lamp to receive another defective third lamp ! I'm assuming that the brand may have changed the product or something because my first lamp is Old Faithful! :)Kira
