I have to say the look is very nice and seats are comfortable! The ottomans both arrived dented on each side-two smaller dents and one large dent with paint cracked...tried to contact the company as you are not to return to store. No one answered and suggested faxing or emailing. Sent email with pictures. we will see if ottomans get replaced. Set up was difficult ... holes did not line up for most of the screws...took a long time to set up because of this.

    The perfect simple outdoor couch.
    So good! I spent months searching for the right outdoor couch and read hundred of reviews. This is exactly what I wanted and great quality without breaking the bank. Arrived in perfect condition, just have to attach the arms and you're all set. Highly recommend, it feels like it will last a long time, with care taken.

    Simple design, comfortable, great look, adjustable
    I love this set! Simple, clean lines, and a secret power! I did not realize that the backrest portion is adjustable, individually or together, from upright all the way to lay flat. What an unexpected bonus! (My daughter was happy she could sun bathe on it). The frame is lightweight but sturdy feel to it and is a true black color. Ottomans are large and could be used comfortably as extra seats, but I love to lounge and kick my feet up. Medium gray cushions are pretty color, nice outdoor fabric, nice thickness (not the squish and flatten kind!) All in all, my new favorite place to hang out! Photo was taken with full bright sun shining, so there are shadows. I am extremely pleased I bought this set and my family says its a 10!! All I need now is a new outdoor rug - this old one looks rather sad !

    Missing Pieces
    Loved the Futon. Especially that it folds to a comfy bed. However, it was missing the back pieces that function to place the futon back in 5 different positions like described. If not up against a wall it would fall back completely. However, I order a replacement Walmart was very kind about the exchange. Hoping the new one has all the pieces. Otherwise I love it!

    Good but could be better.
    By the looks of the box then it arrived I should have know it was damaged. on the backets to attach the legs was bent. unfortunately I didn't see this till I have the whole box unpacked and the idea of trying to get it all back in and return it just seemed aweful. I am a handy person so I hammers the basket back straight. 3 out if the 10 screw whole aren't drilled right so the screws won't go in. At this point I'm just hoping for the best. The cushions are very good quality in my opinion and the ottomans are nice I wish the cushions attached them somehow. I plan to attach my own ties at some point. I have a feeling my issue are hopefully a 1 off issue cause over all the set seems really nice.

    Worth the trouble!
    I had some issues with delivery, a missing center support, and the adjustment mechanism on one of the chair backs. Did some minor DIY (replacement leg was not available) and have been using the sofa for over a month and it is FANTASTIC. We use it on a screen porch and watch movies, take naps, and eat dinner on this sofa. I cannot say enough about what a fantastic value this is. I would but all over again despite the initial problems.

    Thick cushions. Color true to picture. The ottoman cushions have no way to secure them to the base. Love how each side reclines independent of each other. Legs were slightly bent inside of box. I also purchased the 5 pcs set.

    Reluctant at first
    This is my first review ever written, but I felt I had to write on this product . I read most all the reviews and I almost didn't purchase this, But thought to myself what if I did get a product that was good, If not, I'll just take it piece by piece back to Walmart. I ordered it and was surprised that they brought it right up to my door. I open the box, then,laid it to one side and slid it out.. At first glance everything seemed to be okay . I started putting it together and that was surprising easy. The screws lined up to perfection. “I was not expecting that . I flipped it over and it was perfect indeed . The cushions seem to be well padded . The two backs of the couch lean in several positions of comfort . For the price, and “believe me when I say, I have been shopping around “ You get a good out door relaxing experience. Buy this couch with confidence.. worse case scenario is you have to drag it all back to Walmart . But I am happy with my purchase .

    My New Happy Place
    I completely LOVE this sofa/ futon set! It is very comfortable and good quality compared to all the other patio sofas out there. The cushions are much thicker than other sofas. We bought it for our private balcony off our master bedroom where we could watch the sunset over skyline hills. We still need to add more details like pillows and decor. I also need to get a cover for it for rainy season. I am super happy with it. Happy Mother's Day to me!
