Mainstays Indoor/Outdoor Wall Clock, Antique Bronz
This review is for the Mainstays Indoor/Outdoor Wall clock. This clock is of regular wall clock size 8.75 inches in diameter and has an antique bronze finish. Numbers are easily readable both hours and minutes. Clock face also includes a hydrometer and a thermometer for keeping track of humidity and temperature. Although it states it can be used outdoors, I would definitely put it under or in cover, as the back clockworks are exposed to elements. Clock runs on a single AA battery which is not included. Time keeping and other measurements were verified by other hydro/temperature meters and clocks. Being antique bronze and having the hydro/temperature meters does give the clock an expensive look. I think it is a nice clock for the price.

Nice looking and functional
This Mainstays wall clock not only keeps time, but also shows the temperature and humidity. The large numbers make the time highly visible. Although it is made of plastic, the antique bronze color finish gives it a sturdy rustic look. It operates with one AA battery (not included) and can be placed indoors or outdoors; although I recommend a covered area to protect the finish. This clock is a nice, functional addition to our sun room.

One for my sunroom and one for the garage, the temperature and humidity gauges are close to being right maybe by a degree or two and you get them with the clock, all for less than ten dollars. Yes, they are plastic but they are so inexpensive, and so far they have kept perfect time. I can recommend these clocks.Truth

Although the clock is plastic, it is painted with a metallic finish, and the face is beautiful. These features make this clock look more expensive than it actually is, which is great. I needed a clock for a bathroom, and this fit my beach decor perfectly with a classy touch. The construction of rhe clock is also good quality. The construction was done with quality materials as the clock is solid. I placed the clock on my back wall to see how accurately it would measure the temperature in my room and it was very accurate. I used another tool to compare, and they were the exact same. This clock has the time, humidity and temperature, in an easy to read format and requires one AA battery. This clock is lightweight, not heavy at all, but tough. The wind blew this clock off of a table before I had time to hang it, and it didn't break. One of the things I like best about this clock is that it is quiet and keeps accurate time.. I find the tick, tick, tick of a clock annoying. This is a great clock and it is what I was looking for.busylady

It has a temperature gauge and a humidity gauge. The numbers are sharp and clear (black). It has a ticking second hand so if you do not like to hear a clock that ticks this one is not for you. This clock is advertised as an indoor/outdoor clock but I see a couple problems with using it outdoors. 1) There is no cover for the battery department so it would be exposed to the weather. 2) There is no cover on the back of the clock so rain or humidity depending on where you put it could get into the thermometer/humidity workings because they have smaller open holes behind them in the back. (Both of which you can see in the picture) The clock keeps perfect time, is 8 1/2 inches wide. Came packaged well.mtrestmama

It is a gorgeous color and fits in nicely with my decor. It is the perfect size at 8.75 in diameter. It is easy to get out of the packaging, there is a twist button on the back, simply twist it and you can remove the clock. Insert 1 AA battery (not included) and turn the dial to set the time. I love the large numbers and I can easily see what time it is even across the room. This Mainstays Indoor/Outdoor Wall Clock also has a temperature gauge and a humidity gauge. It does not have a loud "tick" which is a big plus in my book. It is well made and sturdy. I dropped it on my desk while putting it up, and it did not crack.daisymae9624
