Even better than I hoped.
I ordered two of these rockers for my front porch. When they arrived as various pieces in flat boxes to be put together, my first thought was that I needed to call my son and ask him to put them together for me. I am 72 years old and have no experience with this kind of thing , but after taking a moment to look at the instructions, they looked simple enough so I decided to try putting them together myself. Easy Peazy! Once put together the two rockers and the little side table I ordered to go with them were just the furnishings needed to turn my porch into a welcoming outdoor living area. The rockers are large and ever-so comfortable and I think they are one of the best purchases I have made in a long while. I am delighted with them. They turned my porch from a so-so space into a Wow! Space. I love them.

Damaged and incorrect item
I ordered two of these rockers and received one damaged one and one that was a completely different color than what I ordered. I called customer service and they told me I needed to go through the protection plan to get them replaced because they couldn't replace them. I am returning without replacing because I shouldn't have to file a protection claim for receiving a damaged item and an item I didn't ask for. They would be super cute if I got the correct, undamaged product.

I had to leave a voice mail as no one answered. It has been about a week and no one has returned my call. poor customer service is the message that sends.Catherine

Was easy to assemble although with very little instruction. The seat is nicely sculpted and I wish the back was too but overall it is comfortable and is a larger chair fitting me (6' 2"). I did notice that one of the screws seemed to begin to just turn at the final tightening as though it was slipping in the wood. We'll see how that is over time. The chair is not glamorous, more fitting for porch or cabin than the living room but it is sturdy and comfortable, especially if you put cushions on the seat and back.Eric

Chair has a beautiful color, it's sturdy and comfortable for a person that weights 220. The assembly process was fairly easy for a person that sucks at it, but for an experienced person will be super easy!Aida

The rocking chairs assemble incredibly easy and quickly. They are very sturdy (and rated for 275lbs). We enjoy their height as they seem to sit a bit higher than say a nursery glider or indoor rocking chair, but not so high an elderly person couldn't get in/out of them with ease. For a sub $100 outdoor rocking chair from a Walmart trusted brand, these will be hard to beat!JCO

They're quite light (could be a pro or con, depending on your need) , but sturdy. As to how long they'll last, I can't say. I have them on a covered porch, but the do get the hot, west sun. It says on the instructions to keep them out of rain and harsh sunlight. Uhhhh…excuse me. Aren't these “outdoor” rockers? The biggest nightmare was that one came damaged and the replacement got lost in the mail. I ordered another to replace the lost chair and then they BOTH show up the same day. This meant I had to return two chairs….not an easy task. Luckily we have a Fed Ex right down the street, but I definitely needed help with the return. Just something to keep in mind…Pamela
