This is a very sturdy stand and looks nice. We found little black baskets that were the perfect fit for the bottom shelf. It held 4 baskets, and they fit like they were made for it. The baskets came from Target, as Walmart did not have anything that worked as well. But the baskets on the bottom are great for extra storage. One can never be too thin, too rich or have too much storage!

Can be better
I received this console about 3weeks ago and I didn't finish putting it together till now because it came in a few days to my wedding and there was just too much going on. The console is just as pictured but considering how much assembly is needed it should be half the price. Also it's shorter than I wanted but I can deal with that. I'm most disappointed because it has scratches in multiple places but I can only add 2 pictures. I'm really just done with buying furniture online. I think it's so much better to see exactly what you're getting, have a chance to feel it and move it's parts etc before the purchase.

    Beautiful!
    Absolutely love it! Its beautiful and sturdy. It does come in lots of pieces - we used wood glue and a drill to put it together. It was also $50 cheaper than on Wayfair!

    Makes a great buffet table
    I purchased this in red. It's not a bright red, it's a very deep red. It's very pretty. I put this together by myself. It took me about 3 hours to complete. I have the typical tools around the house, and I found the instructions very clear. All you need is a Phillips screwdriver. Instructions do say NOT to use power tools, but I did use my battery operated screwdriver. It came out just fine, and saved me some time. They did include extra hardware, so at the end, don't fret if you have an extra screw, washer, or dowels. The hinges for the door are adjustable, and very good quality. All the wood is also a heavy duty quality. Only thing that's not wood is the back panel. You can't see it, so it's not a big deal. The drawer bottoms are a very thin piece of particle board. But heavy duty enough to be bottoms on the small drawer, unless your packing it full of bricks. I am so very pleased with this purchase and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a TV stand, buffet table, or just extra cabinet space.

    Perfect! Exactly what I wanted!
    I just purchased this the other day after scouring the internet for the perfect TV stand. I finally decided on this one, and had it shipped to the store for pick up. It did arrive a day later than promised, But that's OK with me. I just picked it up today. The box that it comes in is quite large and very heavy so you may need some help putting it into your vehicle if you were having it shipped to the store. Like I said the box is Very Heavy so you may also need some help getting it into your home, my husband had a dolly so he did it no problem, but otherwise it might be a two person gig. I tore into the box as soon as I got it home, and I was immediately impressed by the way it was packaged. The box did have a tear in it when I received it, but there was no damage done to the unit itself. Everything was packed snugly into the box surrounded by styrofoam, a protective styrofoam padding and the box was reinforced with MDF. I laid all the pieces out and everything was accounted for. There were quite a few pieces, but everything was properly labeled and with the help of the instructions everything was very straightforward. It did take me several hours to assemble, but I did it by myself. The instructions recommended two people to assemble it, and it would definitely have gone faster if two people had assembled it. The shelves comfortably hold my husband's PlayStation4 and my wireless router. The drawers are just over 5 inches deep and they comfortably hold my husband's PlayStation games. We currently have a 32" TV on the stand. The website says it holds up to a 55" TV but the disclaimer on the back of the unit says it can hold up to a 60" TV. The unit itself is very sturdy and I had no problems assembling it. They even supplied a touchup marker just in case you needed it, I did not. Overall I give the unit a five star rating. I have no complaints it looks beautiful and I can't wait to style it in my livingroom.

    My sister and I put it together, had one little issue we had to break out the drill, because one hole for a dowel was missing, other than that the cabinet went together nicely. Note: you really need to follow the instructions closely! If you plan on getting good results.

    I purchased this for my parents, they needed a tall, wide console to fit a large flat screen. My mother liked the style of this very much. It took a good while to put together and I noticed that many of the bolts weren't quite long enough for the cam locks to take hold properly. once assembled and ready to position in it's place, several cam locks fell out of their places. We continued on as the weight of the piece and stability seemed ok. The inside of the console wasn't deep enough to fit their dvd/vcr or satellite box, so they had to be placed on the outside bottom shelf.

    Great design...I was dubious purchasing a piece of furniture like this online but happy with end product. Quality piece. I am lucky to have a husband who could put it together...although it took 5 hours. Some minor problems (missing screw, 2 wood doles broke) but he was able to overcome it. Delivery very good except they left the table in the box outside in the driveway...did not ring bell and we were not aware it was there until we went outside and discovered the big box. Otherwise it might have stayed out overnight as it was delivered a day early (no complaints there, however)!
