    Great tank just hard to clean pump area
    My mother has one and I liked it alot so I got myself one. Like everything about it except how hard it is to get pump in and out(my hand is to big) for cleaning purposes.

    Not practical at all
    I bought this as a quarantine tank and regret not getting something more functional. It's aesthetically pleasing but poorly designed and lacking in practicality. The portrait design and back sump restrict the amount of space available for your fish to swim naturally. The back sump is impossible to clean and with water changes, dumps any hidden detritus into the main compartment. The filtration is weak and I was replacing the carbon cartridge every couple of weeks as there was so much filth collecting in the sump. The tall design also makes this thing more difficult to clean and do poop pickups. It is a very nice looking tank but if you care about the well-being and health of your fish, your sanity and/or looking for a tank that is easy to maintain, definitely look elsewhere!

    Great All-in-One Tank
    First tank came poorly packaged and smashed so it would never have held water but I received a quick replacement with no issues! Lovely tank, perfect size, quiet, and everything (light, pump, etc.) works well. Definitely happy with my purchase! Will update if anything changes.

    Sleek, modern, well-laid out, and a great value!
    Amazing little tank. Looks great, hides all the equipment behind the tank, and is a big hit with the niece and nephew. Great value for the price! Just pick up a separate pump for an air stone, a heater, some gravel and decorations, and you are good to go!

    Disappointing Quality Control?
    This is my second unit. The first one I bought on Amazon, and it was absolutely flawless! This one bought through Walmart is a big letdown: 1) Filter box black trim vertical applique is scrunched up covering messy silicone and UNSIGHTLY, on both the left and right back sides of the glass aquarium body. 2) Bottom glass is not properly fitted, making the entire tank unstable, as the bottom is therefore not flat due to the bottom being pushed out below the left rear while being inset above the right front corner. The resultant sloppy silicone seal is unsightly. 3) NON-Flat Bottom results in the filter box being set into the back of the tank body in a sort of crooked position, with the filter box being set below the tank body on the left while being raised up above the tank body on the right. The filter box cover is therefore left ill-fitting. The bottom glass mal-position has resulted in every other non-uniformity in this unit, which appears to have just slipped through Quality Control. You would expect this from a lesser manufacturer, but not from Marineland. It is almost as if this unit were a "second", but not disclosed as such on the seller's web page. The disappointment is magnified by the absolute perfection of my first unit. I am toying with the idea of not purchasing a third unit as planned, but now I am dying to see if I will be pleased or dis . appointed again by QC issues.
