My item arrived damaged.
I love this product, but my package arrived damaged. The glass bottles were not packaged properly and broke during transit and leaked. Now I have to return for refund or replacement causing a huge delay and inconvenience. These bottles should have been shipped in a box with bubble wrap like last time. Instead, they were sent in a flimsy, bubble-lined envelope. Not enough cushion for glass items. Someone at the warehouse really messed up.

    Awesome price and quality!
    This product is cheaper from Walmart than from any other hair salon. Last year I had purchased 1 bottle at Supercuts for $18.00, (which was a verbal price--that's not right for customers, there should be price tags on them). When I checked Walmart online, it was $22.00 for 2 bottles!!! Thank you Walmart! BTW, this product is great for overprocessed hair. I highlighted my hair and it was so dry. With this product applied on the ends of my dry hair, I could brush through it and it looks so healthy. It doesn't leave a heavy oily residue the next day either. Better than just heavy leave-in conditioners and it lasts a long time because you only use about 2-3 squirts each time you style your hair once it's dry.
