    We received a mini donut maker as a gift and decided to make donuts with this muffin mix. We used 3/4 cup of coconut milk, 1/4 cup of chopped walnuts and a 1/2 tsp of butter extract. It made 21 mini donuts, and they were soooooo good!! Honestly impressed with the quality and taste of this mix, considering how inexpensive it is. We're definitely buying it again! ♡

    Not the disaster I was expecting
    There's only two of us and we're a family of grazers. We like having small portions of food prepped and ready to eat but what sounds good today will probably not sound good tomorrow. I wasn't expecting much from this product in the way of taste and I most certainly wasn't expecting actual nuts in it. This was the perfect portion for our needs and the flavor to us tasted home made. Give this a shot at home and you'll be surprised. Next time I make this I'm adding in 1/2 of a small over ripe banana because we love bananas. I'm also ordering two additional flavors to try them out as well.

    Experimented to make the muffin. It smells good and taste delicious. After following oven instructions, the muffin was burned on the bottom by using cupcake wrappers.

    Yummy Muffins
    This is a reorder. Despite these not rising very much, they are still delicious. Might try using the pouch to make a smaller number of muffins so that they would be "taller".
