Delayed Gratitude
The product, as most know, is great. I got this late (new units coming out in a few months), so I will be sad to see the price drop. After hours on the phone with Customer Service, and delays upon delays, Wal-Mart came through. The local employees were kind and helpful, and the operators online (chat) were doing their best after hours on hold.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! Check for used system!!!
I bought a bundled Xbox deal from walmart.com in late October of 2019. Everything was great, until I recently, when my Xbox would refuse to boot up. I went through the troubleshooting on Microsoft's website, to no avail. After calling Microsoft technical support, the service tech and I had come to the conclusion that my Xbox is in need of service, likely a faulty hard drive. No problem, I thought, since the Xbox is less than a year old, I could get it fixed for free under the 1 year warranty. However, as it turns out, my Xbox's warranty had expired. Impossible, I thought, because the first time I used the system was in November of 2019, therefore I should have coverage through November of 2020. The Microsoft tech said that yes, it was in fact expired, and it had been expired since December of 2019, because it was originally started in November of 2018. This can only mean one thing - I was sold a used Xbox. I explained the situation to Walmart, and they refuse to do anything about it, saying its a Microsoft problem. This is not a Microsoft problem, it's a Walmart issue. Walmart sold me an Xbox labeled as NEW, but it was in fact USED!!!! I don't know what to do in this situation. A new hard drive will cost over $100, where it should be replaced for free under the factory warranty. Please, someone help me!!

    Purchased the Xboxone S
    Purchased the Xboxone S. The system itself is fine. I purchased the bundle that included the Forza4 game. You don't actually get the game. You get a paper to redeem the game in the Microsoft app store. It was easy to install, but it took 12 hours to load. It only works on the Xboxone X, or Xboxone S series only. Does not work on the original Xboxone. Happy with it overall, just wish I knew more about the game before I purchased it.

    The best Xbox ever
    This was the best Xbox purchase I have ever made. I love the Xbox one. This is such a great machine and with the game and free game pass with it makes it even better. It is so easy to download the games and you can play them when ever you want. I would recommend anyone that is an xbox fan to get an xbox one. Its the best.

    controller doesn’t work.
    console is aight but the controller does not work. it keeps disconnecting (with brand new batteries) and even with a wire connected, it still keeps cutting out. if you are going to purchase this console also purchase an alternate controller.

    Xbox One S Christmas
    Bought this for my son for Christmas. He knew I was getting it and he looks at it and gets all excited!!! I have already set it up and installed some games. Installation is a little time consuming. But for my game play it looked great!

    Lego My Forza
    Previously had a PS4 but I saw this Xbox bundle included Forza Horizon and I couldn't help but make this purchase. I've played Forza Horizon 2 on my friend's Xbox before and the freedom in the game to do whatever you like is addicting. The Xbox One S looks more appealing to me because of the simple design it has over the PS4. The user interface is simple to navigate along with fast load times for applications/games. The console is quite quiet under load and doesn't seem to lose any framerate when playing FPS games so that's a plus. For the price, this bundle was an amazing purchase!
