An awful experience
I would like to say that this product was not at all what I expected. When I received my item from ups, the outside box was clean and perfect, but once I opened the ups packaging I was met with disaster. My Xbox's packaging was soaking wet and the top was opened allowing moisture to soak into the internal packaging, nothing seemed damaged to me but it was obvious that I was not sent the product I was expecting. I purchased from this distributor because it was a reasonably priced Xbox that was claimed to be new. I ha s come to find out that after only having the Xbox for one day, I have ran into performance issues which leaves me to worry that I was lied to and this is a refurbished console. All of these things coupled together have lead me to giving this review. I would recommend spending your money elsewhere.

It is despicable to take advantage of the shortage, price a reconditioned product at the same level as a new one and try to take advantage of unsuspecting consumers. I am disappointed that WALMART would allow this practice.Patrick

The box has been opened, the tamper stickers over the screws are gone indicating that the system has been either worked on, or is a refurb. This is not a new system at all. Don't pay new pricing for a refurb system. The figure 8 cord that came with it is a European cord, not even a US one. See picsS10Chick

Lucky for me I stopped the UPS driver to find out where my package was and retreived it from the church. The xbox one x looks to be used and missing some packageing. When I set it up it turned on long enough to get on line and download a few games then it shut off and wont stay on when restarted. I ordered this Xbox from Walmart threw a 3rd party, so Walmart said they cant or wont do anything until this 3rd party vender contacts me to rectify this problem. Be wary of what you order from Walmart.com, make sure its coming from Walmart and not a 3rd party other wise your problems will only be starting when you receive a faulty product and try to return and or replace it. This was my 1st and now my last time ordering anything online with Walmart.David
