    So I decided to take a risk and buy a used xbox x. knowing it was not a series X. I just want something with 4K ultra capabilities and not want to pay $1000. I figure I would an old refurbished xbox original retail price about $500. When I got the xbox and it appeared someone just pulled this out of the garage. it was dusty and one power cord. It didn't even come with a controller or HDMI cable as advertised. I attempted to contact the vendor asking for the missing controller and cable and got no response. Then I requested a refund. Then they responded asking if i wanted the equipment and I said yes. Did I get it? No. I was annoyed so I took the xbox to the nearest store and started a refund. The associate was very helpful and helped me out with no problem. At least I get my money back. I will wait till the market turns before I attempt to buy an Xbox.

    not happy!!!
    i didnt know it was refurbished i don't have a problem with refurbished but the back was bent back on both sides, it had the wrong controller, and the power button doent work. Not happy with my purchase at all.

    Came in a larger box with no extra padding and the Microsoft box was ripped apart, console had fingerprints all over it and the power cord that came with it didnt work, after purchasing a new one I found that the console does not work at all. DO NOT BUY

    Sent me a faulty xbox, after 4 days of use was stuck on error page which cannot be fixed. Do NOT buy refurbished products
