DAMAGED BATTERY
When received, the box was undamaged. Upon opening the package, the positive post was bent. I contacted the manufacturer. I sent pictures along with my documentation. They have made note of the issue. They have advised me to bend the post back to the original position. If it doesn't perform as it should, it will be covered. There is a one year warranty on this battery.
