Best boxed spice cake
I've been making this cake for years. The only thing about it that to me is a bit of a downside is that I don't think it's strong enough in the spice flavor. I add an additional 1/4 tsp of EACH- cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and allspice. The cake is really moist and tender. No one I've served it to knew it was gluten free. Sooooo good.

Don' order this in the mail
I ordered this on line because you can not find it in the stores. It came seperate in a plastic mailable bag and when I opened it the box was crushed and the plastic bag was ripped and mix all over the place I had to throw it out gluten free to expensive to be throwing out. That's Why I gave it 1 star not because of the cake mix which is great but because how WalMart mailed it. I ordered other stuff at the same time but as you know they send some things separate.

    Excellent flavor, trustworthy brand
    This brand is one I trust to be gluten free and this is important to me because I have Celiac Disease. The flavor is good and even my family who are not Celiac enjoy this cake.

    Best cake mix ever
    Excellent product and so allergy friendly! The price is wonderful as eating to avoid gluten and numerous allergens can be so expensive! I make so many things with this mix besides just cake! It's the best!

    Best GF Cake Mix Available
    Made the carrot cake version with walnuts and it was delicious. Cake is dense, but moist. Layer cake was a little short using 9" cake pans. Will try with 8" pans next time. My wife (who does not have a gluten sensitivity) and I both liked this cake mix so much, we purchase 3 more boxes, including the chocolate cake mix.

    Good product, very tasty.
    I like this mix a lot. If I could change one thing, it would be to not make it SO sweet. I use it to make the carrot cake recipe on the box.

    My Favorite Gluten Free Cake Mix
    Since having to eat gluten free, I've tried several gluten free cake mixes. Many are pretty good, but in my opinion, Namaste's gluten free Spice Cake mix is the best I've tried. It doesn't suffer from being gluten free. It's just a darn good spice cake!
