Fun RC vehicle
This New Bright RC stunt 10 radio control usb charging Tumble Bee is really cool. Fairly easy to control considering the fact that I am no good at driving RC cars but I was able to play with this one pretty well. It looks well made and is a really cute bumble bee. Had a little trouble originally with getting the bottom opened to put the charging cord in but did get it after a bit. Charges quickly and seems to hold a charge pretty well. I was also impressed with how it's a good size toy as I expected something a bit smaller. Overall, I really like this RC vehicle.

Cannot shut off sound completely, even when 'off'
Just think other parents may want to know: it has an 'off' switch, but even when turned off, the toy will still make an extremely annoying, snickering laugh with a buzzing bee sound and yell "bye bye" anytime its head is touched. The sound lasts about 10 seconds. Since there is no removable battery on the toy (the removable batteries are for the controller), this means that there is no way to stop the toy from making this noise if its head gets bumped even when switched off.
It's a fun little RC toy, and it really does quite well as a small RC car, but the inability to shut to sound completely off is a deal breaker for this parent. Who wants their little one hearing a snickering, almost creepy laugh coming from their closet in the middle of the night?!

3.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser02/25/2023The crazy laugh may send you over the edge. It's a great toy for the price, EXCEPT the extremely annoying maniacal laugh. Seriously, it's very annoying. The old one did not have this laugh. (This is our second one.)Stephen

4.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser05/06/2021Great Introductory RC Racing Recreational ProgramI started out with one 10" TumbleBee, wanting to see how the local kids in my Rec Center would react. I'm now up to ten of the yellow and one black. Great time to have a Remote Control Program with COVID restrictions still in place. All ten yellow are still working well after four sessions, but the black one stopped re-charging after two sessions. Re-charged units last for about 40 to 45 minutes of continuous use. Oddly, the remote controls are a bit piggish on the two AA batteries. Maybe try rechargeable AAs? Very durable. Kids learn quickly how to un-flip them and get them out of minor jams. Introduced LandWave skateboard jumps and PVC race course for those kids that are advancing.Eric

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser11/20/2020Longer playtimeI ordered a different remote control vehicle and the run time was 15-20 minutes for 4-6 hour charge. The reviews for this one showed a much longer time. We have not tried it out yet because it is a gift, but are very hopeful there is more play time per charge.Mike

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser05/16/2020TumblebeeNew Bright RC Stunt 10 Radio Control USB Charging TumbleBee was a big hit with the grandkids, they had so much fun with the spins and flips this TumbleeBee did. The one thing disappointing is that it did not hold a charge long, and the bottom of the TumbleBee had to be unscrewed to access the USB charging cord. But, loads of fun, awesome looking with light up eyes, this is a crazy RC vehicle that jumps, flips and spins, I had fun just watching the grandkids playing with it. Can be plugged into any powered USB port for recharging.MeeMaw25

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser04/04/2020fun for allThis tumblebee is alot of fun for all. Once you figure out how to use the controller, which really isn't hard, you can make this tumblebee do alot of different moves. It can make it go straight, turn, it flips, goes in circles. Each time you play with it, it seems like it makes different moves, always a blast to play with. The eyes light up, making it look like a bumble bee. The tumblebee has a USB cord so you can recharge it, the controller does use batteries.momsempire

4.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser04/04/2020Fast bee that flips and spinsThis TumbleBee is one of the better RC vehicles we've had. Most vehicles flip over and you have to upright them. But for this TumbleBee, it can flip and keep on going. It only has 2 wheels, so it stays upright by it's stinger in the back, (which is a little wheel) and it's tongue, (that looks like a beak) in the front. When it does flip, it is able to stay on it's wheels. The remote takes some getting used to. There is a left and right knob that you push forward or pull back and that directs the wheels individually. In order to go straight, but knobs must be pushed forward. They don't go at the same speed, so it goes back and forth as you try to make it go straight. To turn, only push one up and you can pull back on the other knob to spin fast. The TumbleBee is fast. You can have both pushed forward then pull back on the both, and it will flip. You can run over most things and does well on ramps. The remote is plastic, and there is a plastic seam that runs down the middle of both knobs. One part on the seam there is a sharp piece of plastic protruding. We are going to have to file the sharp part down as it's painful on your thumb to push down on. The TubmleBee charges quickly using a USB charging cord attached to the bottom in a storage compartment. The remote uses 2 AA batteries. The eyes light up red when the bee is on, and when it is moving they turn green.whitetiger24
