    It is a purchase you won't regret.
    With this remote, my wife can now pick up 61 channels, while the old one that came with the television, you were never sure if you could pick up even the closest stations. To verify this, I searched the stations using the old one, and the same problem in picking up stations were difficult if not impossible. So the remote appears to play a role in how well your television can pick up channels. Mind you though, a lot of the channels were stations where they want you to buy junk being shown. I rarely, if ever, will bother to turn a set on. I do have a set in the bedroom, the wife likes to watch 2 late shows while lying in bed, so I ordered a remote for that set, a different brand, to see if it will work with that one. So, I recommend these remotes without hesitation. I don't know how a remote plays such a huge roll in reception, I know only it works. It won't let you delete channels you will never watch, but my wife is well satisfied with this remote.

    Exact Sanyo TV Remote Replacement!
    I am so thankful that an exact replacement for my Sanyo TV remote was available. I have had my old one for several year then the on/off button decided to stop working. I am back in business thanks to these guys!
