GOOD LITTLE CAN
I like the compactness of this 2.5 gallon can. I have several of these because the weight, including the gas, is easier to carry and maneuver than a 5-gallon can. I'm not too crazy about the fact that it's plastic ...I would prefer a metal can, but this plastic is pretty sturdy . Will probably get more

Do Not Buy This Poorly-Designed Junk
I could not fill this can. There is a plastic strainer basket in the inlet that made gas splash back on my hand and on the ground and made the nozzle cut off no matter how much I tried to fill it slowly. I could not remove the strainer without tools. I went home stinking of gasoline. After I let the can dry overnight, the store still would not take it back. I am not done; they are getting it back, and I expect to get a refund.

    Nice size gas can
I purchased two of the 2 -1/2 gallon cans. I prefer this size over the 2 or 5 gallon capacity.

No spill gas cans not that great
I tried to write a bad review on these no spill gas cans and Walmart would always say there's an error. I guess they didn't want bad reviews. These gas cans don't hold gas for a long time the nozzle is hard to operate and they do spell so I can't understand all the five star reviews I really can't. I just bought these more expensive but more durable and easy to use gas cans they're called Justrite. They are so wonderful and easy to pour the gas last longer in the steel container. And then you can pass it down to generation after generation it's that good.

    OK can but filling issues
Seems OK, once you get gas in it, but the filter in the opening makes it impossible to fill with a regular gas pump. Please offer input, if you can help me deal with this! Thank you. As it is now, I have to fill a different can, then use that to pour gas slowly into this one. It is not a good solution.

    Not for on road vehicles
After reading previous reviews, it is true the spout requires some figuring out to get it to work right. I like the size at 2.5 gallons - 5 gallons is too heavy and 1.25 gallons not enough to refill all the lawn equipment plus spare. NOTE: warning on the jug that is not shown in any of the advertisements or website - not for on road vehicles. That is a shame because I would have liked to be able to use this gas jug for on road emergencies. Why not?My guess is that there is no relief valve on the jug so pressure might build up while being stored in the vehicle. Instructions do tell you to point spout away from you and open valve before pouring to release excess pressure. Also, the spout does not bend or flex to make refilling vehicle tank easier. Ok to refill lawnmower because its tank is on top.

    Decent....
Of the new fandangled gas cans this one is the best I've found. The push button spout(for now)works pretty good. Now if the push button in the future goes bad I think the threads are bigger than a replacement spout. Again I think. Hey Government, get out of the gas can spout business and deal with important things.

Great for the Vespa or any motorcycle if you prefer to fill up at home and not the gas station, where I over fill and make a gas mess almost EVERY time, no matter how careful I am. I started with the smaller 1.25 one and when I moved up to a larger bike, got this one. The stopping button works great and I NEVER spill gas anymore!

    Best gas container ever
Easiest-to-use gas can I've ever had my hands on. Bought two for grass mower, came back and bought two more after purchasing a gas-powered generator. If I need another, this is the one I will get.

Works Great If You Follow Directions!
Works perfect! I was hesitant at first due to some negative reviews! If you follow the directions, you couldn't ask for better! 1) Take the end cap off to let it prime 2) rest nozzle in gas tank against the stopper notch 3) "with palm" (and at the same time)...lift up on the dark green tab, push in the light green square until you hear it click against the black nozzle and you hear fuel pouring. It does take a good push but so worth it! If you have dexterity issues, this may not be the container for you.
