Half a trampoline
Half the hardware is missing. Can't put it together and can not find a way to contact manufacturer to order parts. Seems to be a decent quality but now we will never know. Ruined my sons birthday surprise and will never order from this shady manufacturer again.

    Part of the frame was crushed, couldn't even assemble it, and to top it off the spring cover was ripped.

    I was very excited about ordering it for my four year old Autistic baby boy. After it being delivered, my husband assembled it. It was parts missing, I was so hurt because nothing meant anything to my son but the trampoline. It was a disappointment. Nevertheless I gotten a refund, which I was happy about. I brought him another one with all the parts. Besides customers service was understanding, and apologetic. Besides I will continue being a Walmart customer.

    Would not order again
    the bolt holes don't line up. we had to drill new holes in the stand to make it fit. The zipper doesnt close. the kids love it and are having a blast now that it is finally put together.

    Waste of money!
    Do not buy this, we purchased this in April 2020 and lasted until August 2020. The material snapped and was completely useless. My kids couldnt enjoy it for more than 4 months.

    Tool error.
    The screws were the wrong size,too short. We had to go to Lowes to purchase screws that fit. Besides that, my grandkids love their trampoline.

    Not Worth It
    We bought this in July 2017, and it is now April 2018, and it's completely busted. We have one son who has used it exclusively (never had multiple kids on it), and last month the springs started stretching and the fabric loops began breaking. The company does not sell replacement parts, nor do they have a customer service number. I know this was not a high dollar trampoline, but we at least expected it to last a couple years--not 8 months.
