Meh. Disappointed
I know you get what you pay for, but I'm definitely not impressed. The thing takes FOREVER to heat up the marshmallows

    Not great. The machine takes a long time to earn and then thoroughly warm any marshmallows. Only 2 forks are included and are way too short for kids to handle without supervision. They literally have to lean in over the machine which could easily cause a burn as kids don't have high levels of focus or motor control. This machine should have more safety in mind considering I believe it to be more for children than adults. Plus it should have more forks.

    Great indoor family fun
    Its definitely a great alternative to outdoor fun inside for a family night. The things I don't like about it are the amount of time it takes to get the marshmallows toasty enough to melt the chocolate and the number of roasting sticks that come in the box. If you have more than two kids, do yourself a favor and be prepared with extra sticks for everyone to cut the waiting time.

    This product is perfect for my young kids (3-7years)! I even enjoy it as an adult! Based off reviews- we made sure to let the warmer warm up a few minutes before roasting our marshmallows but it took no time to roast when we did. It is safe, easy, and fun!! Tip: Roast marshmallows near the center of the warmer and it will cut down on time.

    Nice product
    Nice little smore maker. Takes a while for the marshmallows to roast but it's flameless so I expected that. Very easy to set up and clean. Comes with 2 roasting sticks. Very convenient for us because we can have smores as after dinner treat right at the table.

    I live in an apartment that does not have a fireplace. I use this to just roast marshmallows. It's great. Gets warm enough but does not heat up the room. I did end up buying some fondue forks as the forks provided for roasting the marshmallows are a little short for my liking.

    Fun!
    Once heated this thing works! You need patience but can brown a few marshmallows and make a great smore. As others have commented, only one person at a time to get that perfect marshmallow and purchase different forks. These forks are much too short to be used well or safely, especially for children. We got some longer ones to keep kids away from the heating element which does get hot. Have used this item outside in the summer so far, curious to see how it does in the cooler fall weather.
