Great quality!
I've never really liked mopping, I didn't like having to wring out the mops by hand, and sponge mops seemed to break after three or four uses. When the floors needed mopping, I'd even resort to wiping the floor off with a wet towel. I was unsure, but happy to try this mop. I found that it was much easier to use than a towel -- or other mops that I've tried. Further, I really liked that I didn't have to wring out the mop by hand, nor has it broken after a few uses, either. It was so easy to rinse with the twisting mechanism, and the fibers are very absorbent -- without holding onto to the dirty water when rinsed -- so I wasn't just redistributing dirt around the floor by spreading more and more dirty water around. Instead, it was like a clean mop each time I went back to mop up another section of the floor. The microfibers are absorbent enough to mop up wet spills yet, when dry, it also works very well as a loooong-handled duster, or for simply dusting the floor edges. Altogether, it works remarkably well and is really easy for me to use every time I need to mop.

Broke after 3 months
Broke after 3 months. This mop worked wonderfully well the first month or so, but it gradually stopped wringing out all the way. Today it completely broke, and I ended up scrubbing the kitchen floor by hand like a scullery maid from the 1800's. From the looks of it, the only thing keeping the mop head on the stick was a red wrapper. I can't reattach the mop head. It was a huge waste of money.

Not a mop, just the head part!
This is a false description for this item. It is NOT A MOP! Its just the mop head, no handle. Now I have to figure what jandke goes with this stupid thing. Not worth $12 either. Not happy.

Requesting that the dust mop ordered be sent to me
The mop handle and buffer strip were not with the mop head as described. Only the mop head was delivered! Has no handle nor strip buffer as described in the ad. Appears to be a wet mop instead of a dust mop.

    Bad
The mop head looks beat up. It came Ripped. This is the second mop i buy. And it feels different maybe they're making them different with less quality? Not sure.

Pole holds water and leaks rusty water everywhere
The only thing I like about this mop is the size of the mop head. Other than that the tip I despise this mop! It scratches the floor where the mop head screws into the pole. Because the mop head end of the pole is in water it constantly drips rusty water even after sitting it upright to drain and dry for a week! The next time you use it it still leaks dark rusty water and it gets all over everything! It's so irritating!!

    Love this mop
For any mom, this Mop has got to be the best ever. I love the long stick it has so that I am not putting alot of effort in cleaning my floors. I have a toddler which means I am constantly mopping my floor. I used to have an old mop that had a shorter stick and my back hurt by the time I was done mopping since I have a two story home. Now with this mop, I have been able to clean faster and with no back pain because the stick is longer and it cleans well. Love this Product

    Heavy mop.
This mop really threw me off. I was excited to try it out but found it is much heavier than the mop I currently use. It also came apart when I was wringing I tout into my mop bucket. Luckily, I was able to reach in (between the wet, soaking loops) and find where the part needed to snap back in so I could continue wringing it out. Much to heavy for me to use and is very hard to squeeze the mechanism after wringing the mop out too.
