This item is not hard to put together and is as shown. I like that it is foldable, yet sturdy. I weight over 200 lbs and it holds me perfectly. Since being out of school due to Covid 19, this also serve as P.E. for the kids(with adult supervision). I haven't had it long enough to see results, but I definitely felt it after the first use. I place it in front of a t.v. and have at it during commercial breaks.

    Don't buy this product
    The quality is crap. The pulley that comes with the unit has no bearing, and sits on a threaded bolt. Had to go to the hardware store to fix temporarily, but ended up going online and purchasing a pulley with a bearing. Also the two bar are uneven and the bolts that hold the unit together cannot be made tight. Also had to go buy washers to fix this also.
