Best case ever!
I have been using the commuter case for the past 3 years! I had one on my iPhone 7 Plus and just upgraded to the new iPhone 11 pro Max! I don't trust anything else on my brand new, very expensive phone! It keeps my phone safe while also being very easy to slide in my pocket! I hope the commuter will be around for many more years!

Overall it's a good case
I bought this case a couple weeks ago and now the rubber is stained brown and I can't get it off. It's just unfortunate. It was so pretty. :((

    my second otter box case!!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE
    My first otter box case lasted for atleast four years! no, really. IT could have held a spot in a museum. I purchased this one in hopes it would last aslong if not longer.

    Case has a great blend of rubber and hard plastic to protect the phone. Case has protected the phone from many hard falls with no issues. Have had such success with this case I removed insurance.

    Best phone case I've used
    Just got a brand new iPhone 11 Pro Max. First day i took it out to work it fell out of my pocket and got run over by a car. The case took all the damage and left my brand new phone without a scratch somehow, genuinely amazed.

    Simple design and hardly noticable
    I've had the case a week and its already saved the phone twice! Its light and hardly noticeable. Aesthetically, its very sleek and fits in my car holder and has no problem charging on my Qi pad.

    Very nice case!
    The Viva case is a nice, very subtle design change from the Commuter. It's a little more protective than the Symmetry and not as bulky as the Defender. Best of both worlds.

    Commuter series continues its great protection!
    I bought this the week before iPhone 11 Max shipped as I pre-ordered. It arrived a few days ahead of time, which was great. I really wanted to protect this expensive piece of technology from the start. Just like my previous Otterbox case, this has excellent drop protection while not adding too much bulk to the phone. I'm very happy with my Otterbox Commuter case.

    One of my best purchases
    I bought this at he same time my Iphone 11 PRO MAX was ordered. It arrived one day later, no problem. I'm glad you have it in black. I take many table top photos, the light reflection off of any other color case spoils what would otherwise be a nice shot. Next time that you design a case you must somehow add a Minimum of 1/32 of an inch protection around the camera lens area.
