Exceeded Expectations
My newborn is a month old and I’ve been using this product every night since we came home from the hospital. The video monitor works well and especially like the background audio feature. The sock/vitals is the reason we bought the Owlet after hearing a close friend’s nearly tragic experience with their newborn that stopped breathing (story has a happy ending thankfully) and were lucky enough to check on their baby just in time and then calling EMTs. The thought of that potentially happening to our newborn at a time while we might be asleep is what led us to this product. We had some concerns of false positives and the alarms driving us crazy, and being more trouble than it’s worth - but none of that has happened. Product works exactly as intended and has shown to be reliable. Check out a few YouTube vids that compared the SPO2 and HR accuracy against hospital grade equipment and it was spot on, so we pulled the trigger. Buy it!

Camera = Waste of Money
The sock is great and I would recommend that. But DO NOT waste your money for the camera. It's sucks. Doesn't work 98% of the time. When it does if you turn your phone sideways the stream disappears and you have to restart. It's been even worse since the last ‘bug fixes' update.

    Love the peace of mind!
    As advertised and worth the cost for baby's safety. My baby lost circulation in his foot and it was quick to alarm for us to save his foot from turning blue. It was turning purple when the alarm sounded and he was alert and didn't seem to notice a problem. No crying for us to realize anything was wrong. Such a comfort that we can prevent SIDS or other possible fatalities with this device.

    The best monitor ever!!
    I bought this monitor and camera about a month ago and I couldn't be more happy that I did! My son does not sleep well on his back, so stomach sleeping is all he will do. Having this monitor gives me such peace of mind so that I can get some sleep! The base station is very loud too when there is a problem, which is great for deep sleepers! Would highly recommend this product to anyone who has a baby!

    So excited to own this!
    I purchased the Owlet sock and monitor bundle about a month ago. My baby won’t be here for another 2 months but I’ve enjoyed having the monitor to keep a gauge on our nursery room temperature. Both items were really easy to set up - so easy to get them connected and we haven’t had any issues with them staying on our WiFi and remaining accessible. Can’t wait to use them when our baby arrives!

    Amazing products!
    I baught the sock2 and camera package and I'm completely in love!! My son was born with 3 holes in his heart and I caught myself staying up watching him breath, I needed something for peace of mind. After looking at other products I kept coming back to the owlet. The only thing I'd like to see is a history chart.

    Amazing Video Quality!
    Our parents and grandparents purchased the owlet monitor and smart sock bundle for my husband and I. The camera has amazing video quality. Our nursery has temperature control issues and I love that I can check the room temperature anytime with the app. It tells you if the room is cold or just right while giving you the actual temperature. I really like that the camera can be adjusted easily in the magnetic base. My husband is super excited that he can check the monitor from anywhere and plans to watch it at work. This is our 1st child and we are really excited. The monitor picks sound really well. If the nursery door is open you can hear us talking in the other room. I have no fear that I will miss something with the baby. Set up is super use. I really loved the extra safety feature of the included wire covers. Absolutely would recommend this to parents.

    Wonderful monitor!
    My boyfriend and I are sleeping through the night with peace of mind. My son is also sleeping through the night being in his crib instead of his bassinet. The sock provides great feedback on his heart rate and oxygen levels and the monitor is crystal clear!

    Easy to use! Allowing peace of mind!
    We bought this Duo kit about a month ago in preparation for our little man. The product came in nice clean easy to open packaging. We first set up our camera, and immediately fell in love with it. Once you down load the app, it provides you with step-to-step instructions on how to set it up and connect it with your phone and WiFi! (Make sure you have good WiFi if interested in this product) Once the camera was connected we placed the camera where we wanted it above the crib and make it stationary. The box comes with very easy to use plastic covers that cover the wires and make the camera look nice and neat on your new nursery wall. After that we explored on the app and only enjoyed it more. The app even tells you if the nursery or room is the right temperature or not. Which was great!! The only issue we had was the audio but we have talked with owlet and I recommend not trying to work with audio in the same room as the camera because it creates static! Other thab that this product has created no problems for us, and I am certain it won’t in the future! We then set up our sock, which is just as easy if not easier to set up! You add the device on your app, and connect it with the base to charge! We are welcoming our sweet boy into the world soon, and can not wait to use these products! We have only heard good things about them from friends and family, and are excited to know that we will have good peace of mind brining our first child into the world! My husband and I can not say enough about the quality and service of owlet and their products!

    The only reason I’ve slept since baby was born
    We first started out with just the sock which we fell in love with. It wasn’t long before we realized we needed the camera too. I couldn’t help but wonder what our son was doing when the sock read “wiggling” or what his room temperature was considering that’s a big part of SIDS risk. Long story short, this product is a life saver. As a nurse, I put continuous monitors just like the owlet on my patients every single shift so it was natural for me to want this with our son. I would have never slept if it wasn’t for the owlet!
