damage arcade client don't care
i put the arcade together i have no sound i reach out to get some of my money back and i was going to kept it for grandkids no one reach out are care so if i don't get a respond i will take it back to the store and buy it some where else that care about there customers

    Just bought this and it arrived awesome product. This is my 6th arcade machine I put together and it was the easiest. Love that it has the light up protector and light up marquee. Stool is phenomenal and love the custom riser it has. This was the only machine I owned with a light up desk protector, so when I first turned everything on the desk did not light up. At first I thought it was defective, however as I was going through all the papers it showed how to turn it on. On the right top corner of the desk is a small smooth black button clicking turns the lights on. It goes from Red to dark blue, green, yellow, purple, white, cyan to multi color function to off. It does not come with Ms-pac-man, but still worth it in my opinion. As I stated mine came with the riser and custom stool to go with it that says 40th Anniversary. But again highly recommend this to anyone who wants an arcade in their home or business.

    This system is described as well as show to have a stool. No stool is included!! When I contacted Walmart.com and even had a screenshot showing the items description, they basically told me they couldn't help because I ordered online but picked up instore.

    This is not as advertised. MISSING THE FOLLOWING: matching licensed stool, light up deck protector and light up marquee. The marquee that was in the product is just a cheap piece of wood with the name on it. customer service was not very helpful. Should be specific in the advertisement. And of course no matching riser, but at least that put that one on the top of ad even though it is included in the description as one that is included. very disappointed. only gave it two stars because the heavy product was packaged very well for protection.

    Not as advertised ~ mentions a lighted marquee that of which it's not. Contacted the manufacturer and was told that model doesn't have a lighted marquee yet it was advertised as such and had an attached cord. The ball on the joystick keeps coming off such a disappointment for me as well as my grandson who keeps mentioning it. You spend your money and take your time searching and when you find it's not what it says it is and the manufacturer cares less yet wants your support in their products.

    Joystick Sucks, which Ruins the Fun
    I own nine Arcade1up cabinets. They are normally well worth the money spent. However, Pacman like Miss Pacman suffers from one fatal flaw; the joystick. It lags at times, which causes delays in your movements that makes you die too often when playing. This makes game play very frustrating. The graphics, music and cabinet is splendid. But I cannot recommend anyone purchasing either of these games unless you can put up with the lag time of the joystick or upgrade it down the road with a better one from a third party.

    BUYER BEWARE! GREAT CABINET, BAD WALMART MARKETING
    First off let me say that the Arcade cabinet itself is a 5/5 for fun, build quality and eye catching appeal. My 9 year old son loves this thing. My problem is with the Walmart website listing this product to be something it is not. Or rather coming with things it does not. Clearly marked on the website this cabinet is listed without riser. Which it doesn't have. No big deal I just picked up a riser separately. But what it does list it as containing is a licensed stool, light up deck protector and light up marquee. This cabinet contains NONE of these. This is almost like a base model version of the 40th anniversary cabinet. Anyone who is looking to pick this up should be forewarned of this. With that being said the cabinet is great retro fun, build quality is solid, directions are clearly marked, items are carefully packaged within to protect from damage. Takes about an hour and a half to put together. It was just disappointing to me to not get what was expected with the item this drained a lot of the excitement out of the product for me because at every turn it was "look, something else it didn't come with". All in all I would recommend the product and will probably purchase more cabinets in the future but maybe not from Walmart.
