Pacman 40th Anniversary Edition Arcade Machine, Arcade1Up in Australia

I've always wanted a stand up arcade game and Arcade1up made it possible for an amazing price. I had a minor hiccup with my first order. After i ordered it, a lable was created and was supposed to be delivered 5 days later. The day it was supposed to be delivered i noticed that there had been no movement. After i contacted Daily Saves, they did a replacement order and gave me 15% off so my total was $339 not including taxes. So i received my game today, 4 days earlier than expected, and i immediately put it together. The directions were very simple and it took about an hour to finish putting it together. The photo i included is of a volume control i purchased separately after watching a video on how to assemble it. Although there is a volume button it was advised to purchase the volume controller because the volume was still too loud. Anyway this game awesome for any mallrat of the 80's. You will not be disappointed.

Love this game...got the 40th anniversary with more games on it. Took about 90 minutes to assemble but was well worth it. Fun for whole family and love that our kids and grands can see how our games were growing up. Good idea to get the riser and a bar stool. Riser will need to be drilled to game case.

Me and my husband us like kids in the candy store again after school playing video games. ((SMILE)). Our Grandkids love to play and learn how to play the games they haven't played before.

This was a purchase for my kids birthday ans they’re elated. As a child this is the game that i grew up playing. The package was delayed several times and the riser has a scuff mark on it. We assume during transit although it was packaged nicely. This is our second arcade from arcade1up but seems to be a lot heavier. Also the cords for the volume and lightis tucked away so if you dont pull them down first you will have to dismantle one side as you will noticw the arcade will not light up or have volume. Overall its a hit not to include all tye extra preloaded games with this arcade.

So I bought the 40th anniversary edition of Pac-Man and absolutely love it. I was considering a few other arcades but ultimately decided to go with this one first to check it out . Seemed like I couldn't go wrong with Pac-Man and Gallaga and I was right!!! The game itself is exactly like the old arcade screen I grew up playing which is awesome to say the least. Joystick, sound effects, the whole 9 yards. The cabinet construction is solid and the graphics are perfect!! I would, and will buy more of these arcades in the near future. 100% completely satisfied with this purchase and the price is right!! The only thing I will say is you MUST get the riser with the machine or else it will be super short for the average adult. The riser makes it the perfect height to stand up and play the arcade like in the old days. My purchase included the riser. Some do and some don't so make sure you look before purchasing because you might have to buy separately

Ever since I was a kid, I had wanted my own arcade game. Now at 46 years old, my dream has been fulfilled. This game came in one box that was probably around 80 lbs. I managed to get the box downstairs by myself but would have gladly taken help. It took me about two hours to assemble the cabinet and riser. Nothing was difficult, the instructions were well written and all the hardware was included. The games themselves are exactly like the ones I played over 35 years ago. My favorite is still Galaga, I have already killed several hours trying to beat my high score. My son has already taken over this console even though he has the Playstation and Wii games. Definitely a great addition to a game room!

If you love pac man your going to love this especially the brown its so much better than having the yellow box

This is my second Arcade 1up machine, with Star Wars being the first. While I really like the Star Wars machine, its operation, and the controls, this machine seems to be sub-par. If I were to give Pac Man a rating on ease of assembly only, I would give it 4.5 stars. (It loses a half star when trying to line up and screw in the 2nd side panel.). But, I do have 3 complaints. 1). After initially plugging in and switching it On, the On/Off switch stopped working. It is now always on, and I now have to power it on
