Great Product
This headset have worked very well. I bought them for work so i can give my neck a break when on long conference calls. And the bonus is it works for for home phone as well.

The web pictures for this product are very poor, and the description minimal. As it turns out, the jack was the wrong size so I had to send back. Otherwise, looked reasonable.

    Excellent fit and operation.
    With a lot of travel in the car daily, this type of headset works so much better than the little jawbone. I was drawn to this model because of the noise-cancelling mic which eliminates all background noise for the party on the other end of your call. Wearing it all the time I am in the Car

    Works well, just one small complaint
    The headset works well and I have had a lot of compliments on the sound quality - an improvement over my previous headset (that I was very happy with until it developed a short at the plug). No one was complaining about the other headset... They just noticed that this one sounded better, clearer and louder. I chose this particular model because it was the least expensive model with a mute button. The mute button is not something that can be set YOU HAVE TO HOLD IT. Since I give and attend a lot of teleseminars and webinars, I prefer to have a mute button that stays muted until I unmute it, not one I have to hold. It sort of defeats the purpose of having a "Hands free" headset! But it IS something I can live with and work around.

    great for the price
    Nice headset. I like the volume control although I always have it on high. Sometimes people can tell that I am on a headset but it doesn't seem to be annoying. Good voice clarity. I like that the microphone is a little flexible and you can move it to where you want it to be.
