Great Unit
Very cool, quieter than most and a perfect fit for my small bedroom window. Would recommend to buy and would definitely buy again.

Returned because arrived with dent
Had a dent in back right edge piece. This seems like it would be a decent AC unit but it needs better packaging for shipping. The box itself only has Styrofoam on the top and bottom, but none of the vertical or horizontal edges are padded. Recommend not getting delivered - only purchase if you can pick it up at store.

    Great product but difficult installation
    Everything about this air condition is great and it wouldve got five stars if it wasnt for the installation process which is difficult and complex.

    got to be tough to get old.
    I bought it for an extra already have one install and this is a spare, the one i have installed is real loud, just waiting for it to quit. I unpacked this one and plug it in to see if it made as much noise. works great just to much noise.

    Great AC Unit!
    Great AC unit. Cools our main living space great. We use the Energy Saver and I still need a blanket. Temp set at 73. I would highly recommend this unit. A lot of bang for your buck. Feels like we have Central Air. Very attractive for an AC unit. I thought it would look ugly and bulky but it is just the opposite. The only downside is the installation. Luckily my husband is great at these things. He had to get some wood and other supplies at Home Depot because the install kit does not fit the height of a casement window. But it looks great. I dont recommend using their installation option. I called the service and got the Philippines and once you pay the $79 you wont get it back. The woman on the phone was pleasant but could not tell me if the install would take two days or 3 weeks so if you are handy you should skip that installation option altogether.

    Unit works well, as far as, the cooling aspect. The "follow me" feature doesn't perform as well as expected. The unit seems to have trouble shutting off after the desired temperature is reached. Overall a good unit. Easy install.

    Working Great!
    My home is 1547 square feet. The central air conditioner is very old and in need of replacement. Due to this, it has not been able to keep the house cool. I live in Texas so it can get extremely hot. It was almost unbearable to be in the house during the day and the afternoon because of the heat. This window air conditioner has made all the difference! We have it installed in our living room window. It helps the central air to keep the house cool. I wish I would have bought this sooner.
