Tv is awesome but will not order from walmart.com ever again Order was delayed then it was lost it was found then sent to wrong address finally received and screen was cracked will not use FedEx either

    Decent tv decent price
    Decent tv for the price color seems a little off even after being adjusted. Works fine for living room. The built in voice command is nice. Only downside (Ive thoroughly looked) this tv has no buttons so dont loose the remote. Footnote and war zone play decently as well.

    I love our tv. We shopped for two months . Finally decided on this one and a 32 inch both Philips. thank u for making a couple working folks a couple wonderful and affordable Philips products.

    Do Not Buy, glitched out after 6 days
    Had the TV less than six days, and now the bottom of the screen is constantly glitching out, sort of like seeing double in a thick band across the lower half of the screen. Absolutely horrible quality, will never buy another PHILIPS after this. Note: Its way worse than the photo, because it flickers and changes rapidly you can hardly tell what's happening on the lower third of the screen.

    The best smart TV!
    This is the best TV I have ever seen, android TV, lots of inputs clear colors, smooth operation, good remote control. The only drawback is that it has no mobile application to drive through.

    Features are worth it.
    Well, first time I ordered online as soon as I set up tv there were 4 white spots scattered on the screen what a disappointment! I waited a week for it to arrive and this happens. But other than that the features are great. I was able to return the tv and I get the exact one without any spots. I'm glad I did bc I really liked that it has Chromecast installed and Google assist. Also its a 4k tv! Other than that the legs stand for the tv I'm not too confident about got to be careful.

    If you want a bare bones 55" tv it will be fine!
    It started glitching and freezing within the first 30 days. I had to have a tech come out and replace a board within the first few months. It has issues with the apps especially on the fire stick. The memory is limited so it has issues if you add certain apps.

    You get what you spend.
    Good picture. Big which is what I wanted. Good volume. light weight for a large tv. Android which is cool and cheap. HOWEVER. the remote is so terrible. It has no range. I have to get up to use the remote or sit so close to the tv that it's pointless. I just end up using my phone. The ai on it is terrible and it never hears what I'm saying. If I use the remote for anything it lags terribly and I end up just turning off the tv. Even then it lags. I saw in another review to get a universal remote and I would agree with that. Or just use your phone.

    Total Junk - DO NOT BUY
    I bought this TV 5 months ago, and have had nothing but problems since then. Clunky software, difficult to use... I've had to do a factory reset at least 5 times. Now, it's stuck on this screen and it won't even allow me to choose the option of factory reset. Unplugging it doesn't work, nor does the remote, nor the buttons on the TV itself. this is the first "lemon" product I've ever purchased. Complete and total waste of money.
