it's smaller than a Zone one bar, but the entire box of ten is less expensive and even though they are much smaller they're just as effective, but they only have ten grams of protein and one gram of sugar. I like the taste and texture, but again this is my choice, you'll have to judge for yourself.

Yuck!
I was looking for a granola bar substitute now that I'm on keto. The texture is weird and taste is not good.

    I am on Weight Watchers and these bars are full of protein and only 2 points, so they are perfect with a banana for breakfast or as an afternoon snack=-)

    Good low cal protein bar
    Nice sweet snack with low calories and high protein and fair fiber content. I often have one on my morning walk if before breakfast. Helps fuel me through the walk.

    Great for OptaVia / Medifast Diet
    Near perfect nutrition for the OptaVia diet. Few bars have enough protein, fiber and NO sugar while being only about 100 calories. I like the chewy texture, like a Tootsie Roll, but it's not very sweet nor very chocolatey. Still, I enjoy it and it's super portable. I keep one in my purse at all times.

    This is highly unprofessional, and I'm going to need Walmart's involvement, and reparations, because I apparently dont know the reason for the opening of these products, or what would have been done to them without my knowledge, now I can't use them.

    Taste misses the mark
    I've been on a high protein diet and trial and error a lot of bars/foods snacks. So far this is the only one I haven't liked. Most things are 200 cal and I loved that this was under 100 as there aren't many but the taste was.........not great... I love chocolate and I love peanut butter but something about this just didn't taste right....

    Great for a snack or something to grab for a temporary meal on the fly. Taste is reasonably good and the value pack price is a welcome relief from some of the other rip-off prices I've seen for the same prices. I refuse to pay those barren robber prices and will do without.

    I absolutely love these little bars! The consistency is dense like fudge, and it really satisfies the cravings. I follow a low-carb diet, and with only 2 grams of Carbs, they're perfect for a snack or with my morning coffee. Not too sweet, just the perfect amount of peanut butter and chocolate. I highly recommend.
