12,000 Big Boy
I purchased this 12000 watt generator so I can power my house. I have a small one bedroom home with central ac. I got tired of running extension cords and putting gas every 3 hours (had generator maxed out)into a little 2,000 watt generator. I wish the pulsar 12,000 watt had remote start. and also, this big boy is alot louder than my little 2,000 watt generator, but that was expected. The collapsible handles with the wheels help make this monster of a generator moveable.

    Great value generator
    We got a duel fuel gen. on sale for under $800. What an awesome deal. Haven't had the opportunity to put it to the test yet but when we do may have to change this to a 5 star.

    A good investment.
    The generator arrived quickly. Very wrapped up to there was no damage to it. Very easy to put wheels on and handles. The handles and wheels make it easy to move around. Put oil in it, hooked up propane and started on first try.

    The generator is amazing!! Money well spent. It's hooked to my 200amp breaker box with a interlock so the 200amp off the 40amp is on that's what I hooked the generator to and it's pulling my entire house, as hurricane ida moves in last night. Awesome generator great power. Do some research as you can power u hole house with this one!

    I installed this Pulsar 12,000W Dual Fuel Portable Generator at my mother's home. We paired it with Reliance 50-Amp 10 circuit manual transfer switch. This is the safest way to run the entire home. This combo runs most of my mom's 2800 sq ft home as well as her 5 ton A/C. We are very happy with the generator!

    It's OK
    Took a while to get (covid I guess) but it's a good generator so far. Using it to power my off grid cabins and power tools until our solar gets hooked up then it'll be backup. Disappointed with the propane usage, only got about 6 hrs on a 25lb tank running a small load of less than 1K. Definitely going to use gasoline and see how that goes. Other than that it works fine. Fired right up first time, and is just as quiet as my little 3K generator. Looking forward to many hours of usage.

    not a bad little machinery
    one end of the generator was damaged during the shipment due to bad packaging. however, I contacted customer service and they sent me a replacement part right away. it was a pleasure communicating with customer service, they were very responsive. in general, I'm happy with what I paid and what I got. time will only tell how long this machinery will last. I had not used it yet but powered it up several times using propane gas. machine a little noisier than I think it should be but with the price I paid and this is for emergency use, I can't complain much and I deducted one star because of the damage and noise level

    Awesome buy well worth the money
    I ordered this generator a week ago and it is already delivered. It was recieved in optimal condition and packaging no tears no dents not crushed . RL carriers done a wonderful job taking care of my product and communicating with me . I would have to say that I am extremely pleased with the build of the generator it is very sturdy built well and easy to assemble. The instructions are spot on easy to read and I was able to put it together in 5 min . I live in a hurricane prone area and we are without power sometimes I bought this in case of storms and random power outages . I can not rate it on ease of use do to not needing it at the moment. I will say the thing I was disappointed in is that I have to go buy oil for it the manufacturer does not include oil for the first use. over all I am giving it a 5 star review because of the exceptional delivery time build of generator and exceptional customer service .
