I recieved this item yesterday on time. The packaging had several dings on it looking as if it had been dropped a few times. I immediately pulled it all out of the box to begin the charging process of 10 hours so it could be ready to assemble and ride today. Today The biggest problem is that I was unable to even do step 1 in the assembly process because it is put together crooked (see pictures). The next problem is that it has a visibly hanging wire coming from the button that makes it go. I double checked the listing online, it doesnt show this wire, nor does the box. My son, who is autistic, will have that wire tore off within an hour. I am absolutely returning this item, and will not have time to get a different one before his birthday :(

    I ordered this for a birthday present, Oct 14th birthday, it will not charge, I should be able to return this so I can get another one. When you order on line, you have to order early to make sure you get it on time. I would appreciate it if you would let this happen

    I purchased another of these scooters in 2014 from a different store, same brand etc but it was much nicer and more sturdy. This scooter is extremely loud. Wouldn't purchase another.

    Its too loud, construction is flimsy, and the start button gets stuck. I dont like it.

    Wish I wouldn't have bought it.
    I regret spending the money on this one- my 5-year-old got bored of this one quick. It just goes so slow and doesn't hold the charge for very long. He has more fun playing with his regular Razor scooter that only cost me $19.99. I wish I would have saved my money.

    Horrible Product
    I do not recommend this product. The plastic isn't molded correctly so you have to pry plastic away to fit pieces. The plastic cap where the steering stem and platform meet won't snap into place because the plastic isn't molded correctly. And watch for burrs near the handles because I cut myself on a burr and since I don't have a file, I wrapped duct tape around the burr so my daughter wouldn't cut herself.

    Horrible quality
    Horrible quality. We bought this one to replace a paw patrol scooter made by the same company. But this arrived and right away we noticed it wasn't built as well. The worst part was the tires on this are smooth plastic so they don't grip at all. My son is only 2.5 and it wouldn't go anywhere with light losing traction. The tires on his paw patrol one were durable and had traction.
