Sturdy and good workout
I use this trampoline 3x a week. It feels sturdy and I get a great workout . After 1/2 hour, I am really sweating but I continue for an additional 15 min. All I am doing is walking with a bounce. I have sore knees and this does not bother them at all. I especially like that I can use it while watching TV! I live in an upstairs apt and it does not make any noise. A few of the springs squeak a bit but I use WD/40 and problem solved. I feel this trampoline will last a long time.

Do not buy.

    Don't make em like they used to
    The delivery was faster than expected! My 15 year old daughter uses a trampoline to work out. We had one for many years and it broke recently so we have been trying to find a replacement. She weighs 120 lbs maybe, jumps for 20-30 mins a day. BROKE within a week. One of the fabric straps holding the spring on just came undone. Its disappointing bc we can't find a quality trampoline these days!

    Rebounder for exercise
    The rebounder was quiet in the first few uses but has gradually become noisier as the springs are getting broken in. Although for the price is ok. Good means of exercise during Corona virus shelter in place.

    Nicely Constructed
    I was impressed with the solid construction. It has a one piece metal frame, completely assembled; no folded up stuff or putting together like a lot of the little ones. The legs simply thread on in a jiffy and you're ready to go. It has 32 steel coil springs just like the big ones. From its appearance I expect it to last for years. I must say that it's hard to believe that it was made in China. If you order it on-line for pickup at the store, be sure to check the tracking info on the website. I still haven't received the e-mail telling me that it's ready for pickup, although the mail thanking me for picking it up arrived before I returned home. I had printed the tracking page and took it to the store and they were kind enough to manually read the order number from it.

    Nice trampoline
    It's just the right size for my living room. I got the trampoline mainly to do rebounding and easy aerobics. I'm 5'4", 125 pounds so it's perfect Fo me. I still have to see if my husband can use it. But it does the job so far.

    Excellent, affordable
    I almost spent $250 on a "superior" rebounder. So glad I didn't! I've had 3 rebounders over the last 30 years. The first 2 had real coils springs (years ago) and lasted 15-20 years each. Then I bought one 3 years ago with elastic bands and only lasted me 3 years, and the elastics and surface dry rotted. This one is awesome. Best i've had. Definitely try it before you go for the other very expensive ones. It's bight and day from the $40 Golds gym one.
