    It's a good product
    I like that it's clear and the pump bottle is ok. I have found though, that it doesn't seem to work as long as the cloudy white drops. I find myself using more of the pump bottle.

    I couldn't get any drops out of it. Plus pushing on the bottom of the container is awkward and frankly non-sensical. Will be returning it for a refund. Sorry but this doesn't work!

    I use Retaine MGD in the vials. It is a different formula. I thought it would be the same, but it isn't. This product is okay but the Retaine MGD is better for me.

    Works well for dry eye. Neat pump action bottle.
    Really like these eye drops. Can't buy this single bottle in any store only have seen on line. Stores have the single use vials, but the ingredients are not the same just so you know. This has a pump action bottle that needs to be primed before first use. It's a little strange at first only because people are not use to this type of bottle. But after a few uses its easy I do it with one hand you get one drop at a time. I wish the manufacturer would put a seal on the bottle itself it has a cap. But the safety seal is only on the box top

    Great price Fast ship Poorly packaged to ship
    So disappointed that the cartons were smashed when they arrived. I ordered two, and both were badly battered from being mailed in a small soft envelope. The seals were completely broken on one box upon receipt, and the other was smashed with seals intact. Since the seals on the paperboard packaging are the only safety seal, I felt I had no other choice but to return the one that was unsealed. Not happy about the condition of the other one, but am using because they are needed. Wonderful eye drops! Help immensely with dry eye problems. Excellent price as well - just wish I didn't have to worry about the safety of the product.
