NO RAINBOW PLATES
I am very disappointed with this item. I received my package yesterday and the rainbow plates were NOT INCLUDED. I've called the company and have left 2 messages and still NO RETURN CALL. All I want are the plates I paid for. I received the pop cups and the cloud napkins but NO PLATES. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND UPSET.
