horrible laptop
one of the worst things ive ever puurchased i will never buy another refurb unit again it will not connect to anything i have the laptop is old and the processor cant keep up its an older gen i7 but its so laggy and slow DO NOT BUY THIS AT ALL IT IS A BAD PRODUCT!!!!!!!

    Nonfunctional out of the box
    Bought it in February for a birthday in May, stayed in box stored. Gifted it, charged it, went to start it and immediately it had an error with operating system and would not start. Diagnostic stated LCD cable error, began beeping and shut down. Tried rebooting several times...same issue. Non functional. Contacted seller because no return option. Will change rating if resolved.

    Buyer beware.
    Buyer beware. The Core i10 processor caught my eye. Turned out too good to be true. No Bluetooth and the mouse pad occasionally works on a decade old refurbished PC. SOL with the 15 day warranty. Live and learn.
