I hate I bought this laptop. There was no paperwork, instruction book, warranty info., nothing. The laptop do not hold a charge for an hour without plugging it up. It was a total loss of money. I am going to try to return it today. Hopefullly, I can.

    Dont buy refurbished electronic.
    This laptop had a battery of 2 hours and that was not in the details. It constantly ran out of energy and locked the laptop I would have to reboot each time. I will never purchase electronics via Walmart.com. Dont buy refurbished electronic

    Nice
    It is a powerful little laptop. Super fast. Not a lot of space but I make it work with my external hard drive. One thing I dont like and it could just be that it's refurbished. But the battery life isnt long at all. It only holds a charge for a little over an hour. So I contacted Walmart and they gave me a 20% refund. So I am getting a new battery for it. Here's hoping!

    Dont waste your money
    I got this fast I charged it for two days went to set it up and it dosent do anything you click to log in and thats it screen goes blank I wasnt even able to set it up. Even my 18 year old tried. Then battery started dying so battery life is maybe an hour.

    I haven't really used it, but my husband does use it and likes it. My son-in-law knows a lot abut computers and recommended it for quality at the price we were able to spend.

    Disapponted... I ordered two of these at the same time and one came with an integrated webcam and one did not. We definitely needed a webcam on both laptops for video conferencing

    Fantastic experience all around. First my item came 6 days sooner than expected and was carefully packaged. It being a refurbished laptop I immediately started looking for physical defects and, after careful scrutiny all I could find was a small scratch on outer rim of casing. Moving to the inside I put this laptop through multiple tests and it passed every 1 of them easily. I went so far as to open 5 different games on 5 tabs and I'm happy to say, ( even with all games running, ) this computer didn't slow down in the slightest. I bought this as a gift for my daughter who uses it for doing all kinds of anime artwork, videos, and creates basic games, she couldn't be happier. I need a new laptop myself and will definitely look at ASN Depot before anywhere else. Great deal and looking forward to dealing with them again

    Walmart damaged the first one in shipping. Replaced quickly with no issues. Very happy with this computer. Perfect for everything I use it for. Simple setup and works like a new machine.
