I thought this computer was amazing. It's super fast and was a really good deal for the price. My only complaint was that I had to get a new internet chip. The one that came with it wouldn't stay connected to the internet. Now that I have a new one though it works perfectly.

Horrible customer service
BUYER BEWARE. It is a refurbished product but you won't know that until you read the description. One of the wireless adapter was corrupt and we had to purchase one from somewhere else. They are fixing it by sending a new one but I was out a working computer for a few days. When contacting the company, they took no responsibility and blamed it solely on someone else. I would definitely look to spend my money elsewhere that values their customers and have better customer service. Wish we never purchased from this company.

    Perfect both pc and monitor are like new condition, the key board and mouse bran new, cables all new. The packing was very good and shipping was fast. The actual pc's specks are exactly what is advertised. Thank You

    Bought for my grandson for Christmas and already no good! Didn't know it was refurbished. Already broke and was told warranty is already out. Never will buy computer from Walmart again. Was told they are all refurbished.

    Marketed as new but it is refurbished
    This item is marketed as new but it is obviously a refurbished item. Bought this as a Christmas present for my son but it came with alot of dents and scratches and NOT professionally packaged.

    The CD drive hasn't worked since I bought it. The computer constantly asks for a password and pin number that I haven't been able to fix. I am taking it to a friend who works on computers instead of wasting time and money to return to Blairtech. This is the last time I will order a computer online.

    It came with no wires and there was no mouse. Good thing we had extra wire laying around. The computer itself is great. Its for my son so he can play WOW. The monitor seem bigger that I thought so thats a plus. Great computer

    Better than expected
    I don't get the negative reviews. this a very good computer, it's obvious the people that complained simply didn't know what they were doing. I work in the music industry as a producer and this machine is up to task. it has a fast processor. wireless keyboard and mouse which both are very responsive. a decent sized monitor and it is wireless. it connected to my wifi with no problems. This is proof you can't believe everything you read.

    The new power cords they sent are the right ones but they're the wrong size for the ports and my monitor keeps blinking out every time my trailer shakes because my dog moved or I moved, or because I had to move the monitor around. The power cord to the processor is the same way and if this computer gets messed up or I lose work from it shutting off in the middle of a project I'm not going to be at all happy. If I wanted half-baked garbage I would have asked for it specifically. I shouldn't have to modify it to make it work right when that's what I paid them to do. I would never have minded paying a few dollars more to get the right cords for my work computer but I was never given that option and in my world that's foul. I love the computer but not like this. I already had a problematic computer. I'm the leading expert reviewer for a major do-it-yourself dot com, and a Journalist so I certainly do not appreciate being sent something like this.

    Product arrived in a timely manner. Worked like advertised. Only problem was the monitor had the top right corner broken. I called the manufacturer and they gave me a packing, return slip.
