    Ordered this on November 21st, today is March 18th and it stopped working. The green light was suddenly red when we turned it on today and it doesn't work at all now. Very disappointed bc and so are my little boys.

    The Xbox was supposed to be refurbished, but it was not. There was dust in every port, the USB ports didn't work and the HDMI port had so much dust I had to pick it out to try and plug it in it didn't work. The controller still has some nasty substance all over it where no one cleaned it before shipping and I don't know why, but there was a white 360 head set with it. This was literally someone's junk they didn't want anymore and sold it as refurbished

    Replacing hard drive in Refurbished unit :(
    Quick service. Not a blemish on the unit. However not even 2 weeks use and having to replace the hard drive. That unit was all scratched up as well. So disappointed.

    So nasty/dirty
    Very obvious that no one ever even wiped the used Xbox down, multiple food stains and crusty stuff over console and power supply, pretty disgusting, I don't know who can live like that...felt like I needed to wash my hands after unwrapping bubble wrap...that bad.... Also very worn, scratches all over and CD tray is crooked...I will be returning this, not worth the price I paid at all.

    Doesn't Work
    I received it today. It is old, used unit, scratch out allover. I cannot power it up, it doesn't turn on. I cannot return it to a Walmart store, because it was sold by Marketplace partner. Do not buy this piece of junk. I am sorry for my grandchildren.
