Great seller, highly recommend.
The PSPI received was professionally packed. It looks brand new, it is shiny glossy black and has no scratches at all. Charges just fine and connects to my wi-fi.

Terrible item have signs of wear and dust all over
Hi I want to return this item and want my money back, I work for SONY for several years and this refurbished product can not be called refurbished, its a piece of trash has scratches all over the place, the screen has dust in , exterior is dirty, back part has scratches heavy signs of wear. I hope Wallmart can review this urgently, this PSP 3000 was not a low price item, I hope you can help me to get my money back as soon as possible. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO BUY IT AT ALL.

    I bought them two psp and both are very ugly. They don't look like refurbished, they look like they have been used a lot and have been over cleaned to sell. I wrote to them to return the psp's and get my money back but they never answered me. Fatal, terrible service. I want my money back !!!!!
