Amazing picture
The picture on this TV is amazing!! It's clear, sharp, the color is spot on. This TV was $1200 when it first came out, so at this price it's a steal. Granted it's a refurbished model and usually I'm a little weary of refurbished electronics without knowing what was "wrong" with it in the first place. But buy additional warranty coverage and you should be good to go. If you're wondering what the quality picture is like, don't hesitate to buy it. You won't be disappointed.

The TV came to DOA. Turns on but no picture. Took way to long to ship. Now i have to wait for a Samsung tech to come out in 2 weeks . Really disappointed

    I have had the TV now for a week and I love it. It was very easy to set up thought there was gonna be more to it since it's my first smart tv. One big plus is my wife can actually operate it without supervision lol.

    Refurbished but cant tell. Tv was flawless, it came faster than it said it would. I have an older version of the same tv but the new remote and look is awesome. There is not much of a difference between my 58 inch and this 65 inch lol but other than that great tv so far so good

    Walmart does not get in a hurry to correct problem
    I don't know yet they shipped the tv with the wrong remote and 8 days later I am still wait for a answer from Walmart to reship the samsung 65 class 4k tv to me with the proper remote. I was sent a vizio remote for a samsung tv I took pictures of the TV label before sending it back thru fed-ex . I sure hope I don't get the tv I returned with the right remote instead of them just sending me the right remote. Time will tell.
