Better sound and picture than I thought...
Sound quality is great for the price, TV is brand new, setup is easy, I'm replacing a Vizio 32" SmartCast that fell and broke the screen, I like the TCL better, it's easier to setup, the sound is much better, the picture is much better, I thought the TV would be lower quality for the price, esp reading the bad reviews, mine is fine, great for my bedroom.. I bought TCL extended warranty for two years, covers accidental damage for $36.00/2yrs.. don't buy the walmart/AllState, doesn't cover accidental and it's more expensive, just register the TV at TCL and it'll ask if you want to buy the warranty, even for a "refurbished" TV.

    I little bit disappointed about this tv set
    This tv set was sold as refurbished but it is damaged from the mount on the back to installed a bracket over all the tv is pretty nice ok picture

    WISH I had believed the reviews
    Right out of the box it will not connect. It gets frozen on the sending email screen and will not let you get to the settings or even the Home Screen. Absolutely useless as it will not let you even get into the tv without doing an entire factory reset, which makes you go back to the activation screen.
