Just got this a week ago and it's working great so far. Took awhile to start up because it had to update but other then that it works great. Picture is good, sound is great, and the apps are working correctly.

Very disappointed.
The technician installed the Vizio TV Wednesday and we watched it for about 45 minutes and then it stopped working. We returned it Thursday. I was very disappointed in the product. And now we must wait for a replacement, which I hope is better than the last one.

    Some waht disappointed.
    Item did not com with owners manual. It also did not come with warranty information to include the extended warranty I had purchased with the VIZIO TV. Which I was told would be in with the package when it arrived. Would you look into this matter for me? Thank you. Jonathan

    Stuck with Pre-Sets!!
    Nice TV but you cannot add channels that you subscribe to, for example, Discovery plus.. Therefore you are stuck with the pre-sets. Color and sound work well. Remote is junked up with unnecessary buttons. Will be returning it.

    It was a gift and has now worked approx 30 days. Remote no longer works even with new batteries. Picture goes black and tv glitches constantly. Very dissappointed with this purchase.

    Dont buy this refurbished TV
    This was not a refurbished TV. It was a very used 2nd hand TV. The remote was very beat up and had a lot of use. This TV can be purchased elsewhere brand new elsewhere for just a few $$ more. Very disappointed. I am returning this TV.

    VIZIO is great.. Refurb-Not So Much
    In the past, I have purchased refurbished ectronucs; however, I hadn't from Walmart. I figured it might not be so bad. Wrong. To be honest, I should have read reviews prior to purchasing, which I typically do. Similar to the other reviewers, I learned my lesson and had to return the refurb item due to experiencing frequent blacking-out whilst in the midst of watching a show. I purchased this particular brand, as I have had great experience with the Vizio models in the past without issue. My previous Vizio purchased approximately sometime 2010, which I passed on to a relative is still going strong. Although I've maintained confidence in the Vizio brand, refurbished models might get the side-eye from now on or at least more caution and more research prior to purchasing. My advice- proceed with much caution and better research.

    Nothing bad to say
    No issues with this one as far as the way it came .nothing was missing came in all original packaging. Appears to be brand new basically. But i did buy the 3 year protection plan since it listed as refurbished .but it is to early to really review its performance but so far so good i like it .an besides i only use it for a security TV monitor thats it so this model is overkill i will not even use its great features but for the discounted price i could not pass on this
