The unit I received was new looking with no scratches or damage of any sort. only thing that informed me it wasn't new were fingerprints on the screen when i hadn't touched it. It came in the original box that lookef like a new box too. Works just like new as well.

I liked about the product that I purchased is that even though it was a refurbished item it came just like totally new.

    Very worth the small price
Does not appear to be a 32 inch but it measures 32. I had a 28 before and they look exactly the same

    good value
this is the second purchase of a refurbished vizio from walmart.com. the first was purchased more than ten years ago and is still doing just fine. This tv is mounted in a spare room that doubles as home gym. It works great and I am sure it will have a long life just like the first purchase

The picture quality seemed great but I have a feeling in shipment it was dropped because there is two cracks in the plasma in the corner. I will have to return it.

refurbished is another word for walmart garbage
this tv sucks. It's refurbished and cant do anything about it. It starting having issues at day 31 go figure. I wouldn't buy anything reburbished from Walmart ever. basically paid$140 to use a crappy tv for 30 days. If i wanted to watch snow all the time I would move to the north pole. huge waste of money.

Maybe shouldn't have gone REFURB. this time.
This is the first Vizio product (I've had many) that I haven't completely loved. I blame some of it on the fact it's REFURBISHED (but most of my other Vizios have been also). The screen was shipped with a bad smudge -- no big deal. The bigger issues are function: The remote doesn't seem terribly responsive unless pointed at the perfect angle. I really don't like the interface, either -- it's hard to switch between input sources (have to move quickly to stop on the one you want), and too difficult to default to the things *I* want to see rather than all the Smartcast and other Vizio extras. I'm also having a functional problem in that the major network stations (I have an antenna hooked up) tend to go MUTE and the only way to get volume back is to reset the unit. Haven't figured that one out yet, so I may be returning it. So, my love affair with Vizio is still good, but maybe not as strong as it once was. I'll still NEVER buy a Samsung product. Ever.
