Headphone option didn't work.
Arrived on time. Headphone jack didn't work the first time we tried to use it. We did try multiple headphones to be sure. Included headphones are very cheap.

    I think I'm really going to enjoy this!
    Finally installed my Roku Ultra device. It was not complicated at all. It's definitely user friendly. I purchased it refurbished. It arrived at my door quickly! It was packaged well and and it works like new money!! I'm excited and I'm ready to watch some movies, movies, movies! Wooohooo! Yeah! lol wish me luck ;-)

    Both work beautifully.
    These look like brand new units. They both work perfectly. After being on for a couple days, sometimes they require a restart. Wish they had an On-Off switch, but you have to pull the cord for restart. Otherwise no problems.

    What you need to stream
    This is my 2nd Ethernet capable Roku, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. So far it is great we just have two accounts, Disney and Discovery and we are enjoying those. The Roku channel is very much like those secondary broadcast channels that show old TV shows and movies but some of the shows have better resolution on Roku. Mostly we use our pay channels. Also this 2nd one is a factory refurbish so I saved a few bucks on it.

    Roku has better wifi reception than my Samsung TV.
    Great Wifi reception with this Roku. I can stream to a Samsung Smart TV located in my garage, which was out of range without the Roku. Control all the functions on this model with voice command. Wired headphones plug directly into the Roku. Highly recommend this model if you want the extra features.

    A decade after cutting the cable...
    I have had a half dozen Roku over the decade since I cut the cable. A couple years back the Cat FIVE that went over the house fried the last 'Ultra' style I had and I'd been using the bedroom box in the living room. It works fine BUT my internet provider is also my cable company and as a former IT tech and cable lineman I can tell they have been shifting me in and out of sub-groups to give me an 'incentive' to upgrade. the cordless, (would not let me use word wireless for some reason), Roku was having a hard time with the varying throughput. The Ethernet in this Ultra solved that. I will say that had I waited a couple weeks I could have gotten a fresh box new one for what I paid for this Refurbished unit but it works fine.
