Great buy!
It just fits in our trash can pull out cabinet To be perfect it'd need to be about an inch shorter. It's a heavy plastic, so probably won't break like the light-weight ones. It's the dark blue color we typically associate with recycling containers

Trash can dimensions
Why, oh, why did Rubbermaid have to go a mess with the physical dimensions of their 35/36 Qt trash cans???  I have had a slide-out trash can for years that now needs a new trash can. The old can was a Rubbermaid can, so I thought just picking up another 36qt can would fit. NOPE!  The bottom dimensions are wider to where the can will not fit into the holder.  Guess I'll need to replace the whole contraption!

    Best Kitchen Trash Can
    Bought this to replace a smaller white plastic trash can that became dirty over the years and wouldn't clean up nice. This trash can looks really nice and is much larger than my old trash can. I would say this is the maximum size trash can to fit under the kitchen sink if that's where your going to keep it.

    What I needed but
    Glad I found this, but definitely not the blue as shown in picture (it is darker). Still exactly what I needed for good price. Weird that it came faster than expected while other stuff I ordered, that was supposed to be here by now, is delayed. Then another item was canceled because it was pick up in store, yet out of stock. Then don't list it! I guess its part of the love-hate relationship with Walmart. Although I am glad I found this waste basket, my order was all over the place so probably will not try to online shop again unless it is something like a single item order.
