Compared to Onn and Hisense no match at all. Easy setup with phone. This was the best upgrade from pervious purchase. Also the sound bar adds that theater experience…

Walmart delivered Broken TV
I got the package sooner than I expected and the package is not damaged. But the TV has crack in the left-bottom coroner. It don't look like the issue is with deliver and I am guessing the TV was cracked or broken before the package. I am not very happy for wasting my time and energy on the process.

Guess, I should've done better research but you can however setup Alexa to turn the TV on/off but not control the apps/channels. Oh yea %26 The pictures periodically show with color distortion. FYI if this an issue for someone interested in buying. If anyone knows how to setup alexa to control channels. Feel free to comment lol thanks!Kenya

Did not like the easy checkout on my order as skipped over offering me to buy insurance on my TV and when I called on same day to have it added onto order was informed could not be done. Love the TV good colors and clear picture. I did not realize not Roku was my error as thought being a smart tv would not need 2 remotes to stream but can get channels alright so happy except some shows have lower volume and I have set it on loud settings already.Priscilla

When unboxing I noticed, there was a line going across the film protecting the TV screen. But once I pulled the film off, there did not appear to be any damage. Fast forward to three days later … now I’m seeing this black line, running up and down the entire length of the TV. Needless to say, I’m very upset. Other than this issue everything else about the TV is great. Including the built-in speakers they’re excellent and the picture seems to be very clear otherwise. I fear that this is just going to get worse and snowball. if I’m able to update this later, I will.YoMomma

Was very carefully with this tv as we were aware how large it was. Very carefully and when carrying it up to the apartment and even when taking it out of the box. Followed instructions on how to properly handle the tv and it still is still not working at all. I am very very disappointed by this. It was delivered with a 3rd party delivery service. It was no major mailing company like USPS, UPS or FedEx. It was like Uber but for delivery. It was a very strange delivery process and I wouldn't be surprised if it got damaged by some random person delivering huge packages that wasn't properly trained. That or they just sold me an already broken TV. I had concerns once we laid the tv down and saw a bunch of dust all over the back of the TV. Brand new items should not be covered in dust. Over all not happy at all!Jennifer

Tv was packaged perfectly for a fragile item. Color is great I have no complaints. The sound increases to 100. I do feel the speakers are on the low side. Playing music and certain shows you would think that on 100 it would be blaring. I'm thinking of buying a sound bar to achieve a better sound system. I love the Samsung brand. This is my second tv by the supplier both bought at Walmart. My curved Samsung I had for 3 years broke due to human damage but worked excellent before it was broken. This 65” was its replacement and I'm happy yet again.Brittany

I turned it on the 11th day and a separation/line 3/4 of the way up on the screen. From that point down there is a clear quality issue... The TV was not that bad. brightness in HDR was definitely bad but playing xbox games looked really good. If you choose this TV, definitely purchase extended insurance. I may have received a bad one.Todd
