One word sums it up "EXCELLENT"
This set is the best so far - the picture quality is unmatched. Even my ancient Black and White movies are now crystal clear, I didn't think it was possible. The colors are incredibly sharp, the ease of using the remote and the all around great looking TV puts this on the top of the got-to-get-it list. And imagine things can only get better!!!!! TV worked for two hours, then it died. Apparently I need 50 characters before summitting this review, so here it is.

    Apps Always Crash
we went from lg qled to samsung's oled 8k because of lg's burn-in. lg's customer service is awesome, by the way, and they refunded us what we paid for the tv even after the warranty expired 3 years later. anyways, samsung's 8k is nice but it doesn't compare to the lg's oled 4k. the worst part of the samsung tv is the apps consistently crashes on a daily basis! with working at home due to covid19, it's now so obvious. even after checking for firmware updates, cold booting on a daily basis and upgrading our network connection. oh and by the way we bought the 65" and 75" 8k to boot within the 6 mos of each other. we even have an older lg uhd running at the same time, next to the samsung and no crashes with the lg! samsung will just send me another cookie-cutter response to this review.

Great TV, but the BackLight Pattern...
The TV is great in some situations, but in others, it's really disappointing. The appearance of an 85" checkerboard, where you can clearly distinguish the backlighting pattern truly ruins it's otherwise greatness. It's persistent and annoying, the first person I showed the TV off to asked, "what is that pattern?" I am still questing if I should return the unit or not. Really great TV
I am really enjoying my TV, sound system is amazing aswell. One thing is that the TV is having a hard time grasping my wifi and I caught on to it because I have an Apple TV and it stays connected. I tried to go on the Samsung TV itself and watch the channels on there because they really have some good ones but the past couple weeks i've had the Samsung tv and it's saying it can't connect to the network. Other than that, the quality is great and very vivid!

Beautiful TV- I question the Value of 8K
Due to my misfortune I happen to be in the unusual position to be able to compare this model to the same 65 inch- 4K model from last year. In short, my 2019, 65 inch-4K model fell off the wall and we replaced it with the 8K 2020 model. We paid significantly more for the 8K and honestly we were disappointed. Frankly, our disappointment has nothing to do with Samsung. We just feel like we made a big mistake in choosing 8K. Last year's model came with One Connect, which we liked, and it came with a stand that presented the screen at a flat angle. This year's model did away with One Connect and the TV stand tilts back. It's an odd viewing angle which almost demands that the TV be mounted. Lastly, and this really has more to do with the content that we all will be consuming for foreseeable future, 8K content just doesn't exist. And this being said, it's challenging to find great 4K content. So, for this reason, our next Samsung will be the 85 inch 4K. I just don't see the value in 8K. Size matters and 4K is where the content is today and maybe for the foreseeable future. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

    Fantastic Darks and Colors
This tv is fantastic! The color and blacks are laser point fine and brilliant. This tv is a joy to watch, just an absolute joy! This tv is in our bedroom and another will soon be in our living room! Samsung support is convenient and friendly (no bots here folks). Remote is not bad. Software, apps, menu takes a bit of getting use to, but over all; Samsung will replace all our tv's in the future, this family has always had LG but this experience has converted us. Oh, and the sound is very good! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

    Best 4 me
I bought a Samsung model Q90 75"4k TV and I loved it so much I went out and bought another Samsung and that model was the Q900TS QLED 8K 75" I moved the Q90 upstairs to my bedroom and installed the new Q900TS in my living room. We are a sports family and watch baseball, football, and basketball. The picture is so clear its like the athelets are standing in my living room. We love watching movies, and watching them at home is better than going to the theater. The picture quality is beyond any thing I have seen at any theater ever. Being able to use Alexa with the sound of my voice is amazing. I have my security cameras hooked up to where I just say Alexa show me the security cameras" and they appear on the screen. This tv is by far the very best on the market. I have searched every brand and every model out there and tested each one and in the end the Samsung Q900TS QLED was so far ahead of any of its competitors that it was such an easy decision to buy it. As long as Samsung puts out products with this type of quality I will be a lifelong customer. Buying the TV's and liking them so much we went out and bought the brand new note 10 plus phone from Samsung for my wife and I. We had been using Apple IPhones but not anymore. The Tv's, and then phones were all great decisions. Im just waiting for Samsung to start making cars I would be first line. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

    This TV is amazing
My husband was shopping around for a new TV. He was wanted something bigger, sleeker, and brighter. When he got his mond set on this TV, I hesitated. But, he showed me all the features, apps and so I gave in. The family now spends most of the weekends at home, enjoying our new TV. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
