Amazing Versatile TV!
My husband and I absolutely love this TV. The HDR is amazing and the range and depth of the blacks is excellent. The TV software allows us to quickly switch from watching Netflix, to watching something on cable, to playing video games. One of my favorite features is the art mode as it allows to fit better in the room when not in use rather than having a giant black rectangle on the wall. Lately we have been rewatching Breaking Bad and finally watching Yellowstone! It has been a great multi-purpose TV for streaming shows, watching cable, and playing video games.

Tv broke just by removing plastic screen cover
barely touched screen to remove the plastic cover off the screen. cracked screen and tv will not even turn on. samsung refused to cover repair or evn tell me if it can be fixed. was delivered two weeks ago got set up. removed screen cover. now biggest waste of money ever! this is absurd that a tv at this price would break that easy. nobody hit it nobody dropped it. i just removed the plastic. product should be able to handle being touched!

    we ordered this in late october and it was delivered in late november. we only unboxed and installed it last week for the new house and noticed that the left bottom frame was bent. the picture otherwise looks good, but... not sure what our options are now. have requested a service appointment and we'll update how things go.

    Frustrating
    i've owned the tv for a little over 6 months, it was mounted as soon as it arrived and never touched again. the screen is starting to discolor and no amount of messing with the settings myself will it go away. there is also screen burn from previous you tube videos that i have had playing. i was under the impression that qled tv's could not get burn in but apparently i was wrong. the first 5 months of owning the tv went perfectly fine and i loved it. it's been in the last month that the screen has started failing. i have switched out cords and attempted troubleshooting but nothing is working. it's been frustrating to say the least.

    Great picture quality, one huge GLARING flaw
    so this picture has great picture quality rivaling oleds with deep blacks and high brightness that oled can't currently rival. however if i'm watching a movie or tv show and there is an indirect light source that i have to get up and walk several feet to see in the tv it causes a rainbow reflection to go across the entire tv which is very distracting and ruins the picture quality. this is especially bothersome when i have guests over and turning off all the lights and closing all the blinds in my house isn't practical. i've never had such poor reflection handling in a tv. as you can see from the photos i've uploaded i'm watching a brightly lit tv show during daytime, three lights are reflected by the tv and you can also see my window. is my unit defective?

    Great if you want a 65" prism in your living room.
    i was very excited about this tv. i am 100% in the samsung ecosphere, samsung phones, 2 frame tvs and i love the ease of the samsung setup, and how my phones interact with the tv. this tv when running is ok. it's incredibly harsh with bloom on almost any setting, but that isn't the biggest issue. the biggest issue is that the tv appears like a giant prism in my living room during the day while running dark scenes. you can tell by the reflections the panel is distorted is some way and there is a large light wavy distortion running diagonally across the screen. i have never seen a panel this bad. i'd give this panel 0 stars if i could. i have been really happy with my frame tvs, so i will probably downgrade to the 65" frame.

    1000 hours in, I give it an A+
    After approximately 100 hours of use, here are my current thoughts regarding this product; 1. Picture Quality The picture quality of this product incredible. Whether it be streaming movies or playing video games, the quality is the best I have ever seen . Being a long time video gamer, I have watched the development of graphics and CGI develop over time. This television has unlocked the greater image quality that I have ever seen. The picture quality and brightness of this product is easily the most standout feature. 2. Smart Features I have no complaints in regard to the content provided among the smart features. I have been able to access every streaming service I use with ease. From the start, I found the organization of these features to be relatively easy to work with and well formatted. 3. Design This product is beautifully crafted. I was very surprised by how light the television was despite its very large size. The sleek finish and low profile fit great in any modern home. I was also very pleased with the heavy duty stand that came with the television. I feel that it provides a nice design with maximum security to prevent the television from falling forward or backward. 4. My experience with this product From day one, I have been playing PlayStation 5 video games on this television. The picture quality is breathtaking, especially when combined with the latest generation of video game consoles. I am also a huge Star Wars fan and frequently re watch the series on a variety of platforms. After watching Star Wars: A New Hope (1977), I was shocked at the picture quality I was getting from a movie that is 44 years old. Overall, I am very grateful for this opportunity and am still amazed at how beautiful this product is, both in design and functionality. Without a doubt, the best television I have ever used or owned.

    Integration at it's Best!!!
    I received my Samsung 65 inch TV last night and I was so excited since this was going to be my 1st Samsung TV. The TV was thin and the base was solid. The remote control is solar and can be charged via USB. That is a great feature. When I turned on the TV, Samsung made it very user friendly. It integrated everything in the set up like adding applications that I frequently use like Netflix, Amazon, YouTube etc.... The intelligent feature seems to adjust as you keep watching your shows. The picture adjusted and became clearer after placing it in intelligent mode. I also like that Samsung offers their own programs for FREE! I love that!!! Another great feature is the Ambient Mode. Really great pictures that is calming as well as decorative. It's like having a living picture frame in your TV. So far it is living up to my expectations..... this is truly a Smart TV. It has performed beyond what I have experienced from any other Smart TV's and I am excited to learn more what it can do for me and my family.

    I know that this isn't even the top of the line from Samsung, but I could not have dreamed of having a higher quality TV in my life. Upon setting the tv up, I was instantly dazzled by a spectacular light show that really let me know what this tv could do. The sound and picture seem flawless to me. It's actually a little hard to get used to. Everything feels like it's right in my face, like I am actually there. If 4K is this amazing, I can't imagine what 8K looks like. The brightness adjusts to the rooms lighting, and they have different picture and audio modes such as ambient for a pretty background image or a mode that's similar to picture and picture. They even include a free Samsung TV app with its own live channels and movies. There is a learning curve to figuring out how to work and navigate the TV, but there is a built in users manual. You can never lose it, and it's always there if you want to look something up. Apps are conveniently lined up in a row, and they have almost every app I could want. It is easy to cast videos to the TV from my phone or laptop. It has enough ports for all of my devices. It even recognizes and adapts to work with any smart devices. It recognizes my cable box and even lets me control it with the TV remote. Speaking of the remote, I am impressed that it is solar powered. The Netflix and Amazon Prime buttons are convenient. I almost wish I could have extra buttons I could program. The remote is very thin and small. It does all that I could hope for, but I do miss having number buttons for some apps. My only real issue with the TV is that it is difficult to put together. You need a table to place it on or else it is difficult to get the base attached. We had to get creative with the box and some wooden blocks. Overall, this is a great TV. It's full of so many features and is amazing quality. Don't hesitate to get it.
