really disappointed. i bought this tv and it had bad light bleeding that is very distracting in a darkened room (which is mostly when we watch). i returned the first one thinking it was a defect, and the new one has the same thing. terrible!

    brighter then the rest
    I use mine mainly as just a T.v. , but when needed I can search the web. Send a email. The kid plays his Nintendo Switch on it and we have NO glitching or color burn . ITS ONE OF THE BEST ALL AROUND TVS I HAVE EVER PURCHASED.

    Cheap TV but u get what u pay for
    this tv is inexpensive. the picture is decent unless you're watching sports or movies with fast moving objects. the picture gets temporarily blurry where the fast objects are. also, the smart hub and remote control response are awful. the tv comes with a bunch of apps already downloaded and you can't remove them if you don't want them, nor can you relocate them in the smart hub. so, the remote and tv don't communicate well, and the smart hub is full of apps we don't use. this makes for extremely frustrating experiences every time we use the tv. there is nothing interfering with the remote signal that we can find. other than those issues, the tv works fine.

    this tv is by no means worth it. a buddy of mine got the q70 and was raving about it, so i decided to try out the q60 thinking there wasnt enough of a difference to justify the q70's price. i was wrong. the edge lighting is absolutely unbearable, deep blacks are no where near black, in fact they are better on my 8 year old vizio. the bleeding is insane and i honestly don't know how this tv exists. just buy the q70.

    I love the clear picture and features
    i love my new tv. it really brings the room together. it has a very clear and colorful display and the speakers are great as well. i live in an apartment so we dont even need a sound bar. this was also a great price. love the product.

    amazing detail. samsung never fails with the quality that comes with the q80. i have a q80 in my living room and a q70 in my bedroom. very pleased with samsung qled line of tv's

    TV is fine, software is not.
    bought the tv almost one year ago to the day (nov 30th, 2020). the tv is now stuck and say it needs updated by a usb drive. i've tried over and over to put the current firmware onto a usb drive and to get it to repair or reboot and apply it. no luck and samsung support hasn't been able to help so far. pretty annoying that a firmware update that should be taking place in the background somehow is corrupt? can't even change inputs to roku or a game system.
