Outstanding QLED TV!!!!
QN75Q9FN I purchased 75" Smart QLED 4K Ultra HD TV with HDR (2018 model)Greatest quality TV I've ever had. Enjoying every bit of it watching 4K UHD Direct TV broadcasting,Pixels quality on it so far but even at that its much better than my previous Samsung curved TV.very clean looking design -amazing picture quality kudos to SAMSUNG.I would extremely recommend everyone if you are in 75" Market.

Never buying another Samsung product
I bought this TV in 2018 for over $4000. Less than 2 yrs later, the screen turned white while watching. After weeks of dealing with their horrible customer service and weird appointment scheduling, a Samsung tech came over and told me the entire panel was bad and it would cost an additional $2000 to replace. Samsung wouldn't cover the cost because it's 8 months out of warranty (1-year warranty). And even if, I wanted to pay for the panel replacement, they don't even have the panel in stock! So it's completely unrepairable and Samsung won't replace it. This was a $4000 flagship television, how do you not carry parts for it after less than 2 years!? How does an entire panel under normal use just go bad in less than 2 years, and Samsung not even take partial responsibility for it!? I'm NEVER purchasing or recommending a Samsung product again.

    The Q9FNA is a Great TV
    I purchased/installed my Samsung QN65Q9FNA TV October 1, 2018 to replace a 1 1/2 year old OLED TV. After just over 4000+ hours the OLED TV suffered from annoying obvious permanent burn-in. After a little over 2 months, I can say without hesitation, I am very pleased with the Q9FNA TV. The picture quality is amazing, and it is a TV I hope lasts a long time. The fact that Samsung has this great TV, that I no longer have to worry about burn-in, no matter what I watch and for how long, is a big relief to me. I could go on and on about the great specifications and features but, other reviewers have outlined them better than I could. The Q9FNA in my opinion, is the Best of the Best. Thank you Samsung for taking the worry out watching TV again.

    TV turns by itself on and off
    I bought this TV a week ago and now it is turning itself on and off regardless of what being displayed. The frequency has become to a point that it last on for few seconds. I tried to get online help and following all power cycling troubleshooting steps and latest firmware update but nothing helped. I'm utterly disappointed with Samsung for such a bad TV for such a high price. Paid over $3000 to have no TV. I really want to return this TV for a full refund. Done with Samsung as I bought this TV to replace my my ES8000 TV which developed vertical lines.

    Just WOW
    Purchased my Q9FN two months ago and could not be happier. It took me a couple of weeks to realize all this TV can do. It is very customizable, it has all the bells and whistles and then some. I like the TV plus feature for occasional viewing, the remote is well designed. I haven't had much luck with figuring out ambient mode yet but will continue trying. Where it really shines is the display, all I can say is WOW. I have Samsung's flagship UHD blue ray player and combined with the TV provides an astonishing feast for the eyes. Best television I have ever owned.

    Great from every angle.
    I just purchased the QN65Q9F FLAT 65” QLED 4K UHD 9 Series Smart TV for our living room in our new home. It was a very about this purchase because we wanted to upgrade to a high end smart TV. The quality of the 4k resolution blew me away. The contrast and sharpness of the vibrant colors make the picture jump off the screen. The Samsung QLED 65” TV has a single cable connection called One Invisible Connection. This is a super thin wire that is easy to hide. This cable leads to the One Connect Box that connects to all of your devices. Now you can have all devices in one convenient location and it's much easier to hide your cables. The TV has very cool integrated features. One of my favorites is the voice activated remote. I didn't think I would use this, but it's so convenient that I use it 80% of the time. The TV has also quick access to a number of different apps (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc.), so it's easy to watch your favorite shows from any content provider.

    Stunning TV with Great Features
    I purchased the Q9FN QLED Smart 4K TV this month and couldn't be happier. The One Connect Hub and wire make setup very easy. The 4k HDR EliteMax and Quantum Dot Color Technology make picture quality and color depth of this TV exceptional. The ultra-wide viewing angle and built-in sound system provide a theater qaulity viewing experience. The thin bezel and overall design of the TV are stunning. The Bixby voice assistance, built-in apps and ambient mode add to the Q9 QLED being the best TV I've ever owned. Great job Samsung!

    Great image - with other issues
    I'm on my second set now. The first one had occasional spontaneous restart issues (sometimes not for days, other times 2-3 times in a single hour!), as well as the ambient mode (sometimes!) turning off the set after exactly 60 seconds. When it developed a thin horizontal and vertical line - it was time to go. New set - no lines, great picture, BUT.... same power issues. I've unplugged everything, factory reset, verified it's running 1103 firmware, but no dice. I think I might just have to return it for a refund - not sure why I'd try a THIRD time (doubt it'll be "the charm")

    Hands down, the best TV I ever own. Bright, sharp vibrant picture. And with the 'no-gap' wall mount, its sleek looks, makes it look like a picture frame. Best decision I ever made. You won't be disappointed
